Who is this for?
This programme is for you if you are:
Currently enrolled in a postgraduate programme in the UK, US or elsewhere
Seriously considering a Masters and wanting to get ahead before you even start
Ambitious, high-achieving, and ready to stop waiting until graduation to build your career
Worried that without the right positioning, your degree alone will not be enough to get you noticed, including by ATS screening systems
This is not for everyone. This is for the postgraduate student who understands that a Masters is one year and that the students who come out ahead are the ones who started building before everyone else did.
Most Masters programmes are one year. The clock started the day you enrolled.
99% of students wait until graduation to start thinking about LinkedIn and job applications. The ones who get hired first are the ones who built their positioning, LinkedIn presence, and network while everyone else was treating their Masters like a pause before real life began.
The top 1% of graduates do not wait until graduation day or until they feel ready. They take action before everyone else does.
TKC Setup for Success is a five-session one-to-one coaching programme that takes you from unclear and invisible to positioned, prepared, and ready before a single application goes out.
"This is for you even if..."
● You have never posted a single thing on LinkedIn
● Your CV has not been updated since your undergraduate application
● You have no idea what you want to do after this degree yet
● You feel like everyone around you already has a plan
● You worry that AI and ATS screening will filter you out before a human ever sees your name
What we cover across 5 sessions
● Session 1: Direction and Positioning. Why this Masters, where you are going and the story that gets you there. Career direction clarity and how to frame your background so your fit for a role is obvious to a recruiter rather than implied.
● Session 2: The CV. Fixed, positioned, and ready for the roles you actually want.
● Session 3: LinkedIn and Visibility. Profile and content strategy built for someone with a story to tell but no or few work wins yet. How to get noticed and attract the right opportunities before you have sent a single application.
● Session 4: Networking. How to build real relationships while you are still at university and make the most of the access your Master gives you.
● Session 5: Competency-Based interviewing. An introduction to the CBi framework and the STAR method. By this point, the applications are almost a formality.
This programme has an intentionally limited intake. Once spots are filled, the waitlist opens.
