THE PROGRAMME
What we work through together
Five focused sessions. Each one is designed to move you from where you are to where you need to be. Instead of generic techniques, we'll build a clear strategy around you specifically.
What we cover across 5 sessions
● Session 1: Your story, as one thread. We take every role, every pivot, every non-linear move and build the narrative that makes your background read as an asset, not a liability. By the end of this session, you have a positioning statement you can deliver in 90 seconds without apologising for it.
● Session 2: Competency-based interviewing. Mastered. STAR isn't a format you fill in. It's a framework you own. We work through your real examples, turning them into precise, compelling answers that land. Not because they're scripted, but because they're true and you know how to tell them.
● Session 3: The interview you've been losing. Live practice. We recreate the pressure and find the moment where you reach for the safe text instead of the real answer. Then we fix it, together and in real time, for your actual target roles. This is where the change happens.
● Session 4: Making the market see you clearly. LinkedIn, CV, how you're presenting yourself to the organisations you actually want. We align the materials to the story. We make sure the right organisations can find you and that when they do, what they see reflects who you actually are.
● Session 5: The final push and the offer. Interview debrief, offer negotiation, and a clear plan for what happens after. You leave this session knowing what your work is worth and how to ask for it. And you're not alone in this. I'm in your corner until it lands.

LinkedIn Highlight Posts Session
A dedicated session on writing LinkedIn posts that position you with authority in your field. We are not talking personal brand noise but content that makes the right people pay attention. This adds real visibility to the work we do on your profile. Once 48 hours have passed, this session is not included.

How it works
1. Book your place: Hit the button below. After your payment has been processed successfully, you'll receive a confirmation email.
2. We schedule Session 1: Usually within two weeks. I'll send you a short pre-work so the first session is focused and efficient from the first minute.
3. We do the work: Five sessions across four to ten weeks, paced to your schedule and your interview pipeline.
Sessions are held over Zoom, one-to-one, at a pace we've previously agreed.
All sales are final. Sessions are non-refundable but can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice.
About Marilena Stegbauer
I work with people who are good at what they do and are tired of being invisible
I'm Marilena and since 2020, I've been working with people navigating career transitions across sectors, levels, and geographies. I've worked with academics moving into industry, executives pivoting from non-profit to private sector, and professionals whose backgrounds didn't fit neatly into any box.
I built TKC Signature because I kept seeing the same thing: people with genuinely strong track records losing in the interview process. Not because they weren't good enough, but because nothing in their preparation had taught them how to translate their experience into the language the process expects.
My approach isn't to reshape you. It's to find the organisation where you can be exactly as you are and make sure they can see that.
I am the founder of The Kind Career and the number-one-rated career coach on Superprof in the UK in career coaching, leadership, and pitching. I work with professionals from all walks of life who are qualified on paper but not yet getting the results they deserve. Before becoming a professional full-time coach, I spent seven years working at the highest levels of human rights advocacy, a career that led me to be invited to the White House, UK Houses of Parliament, Japanese Diet as well as many other European parliaments, universities and think tanks. In 2023, I was recognised by a leading US policy institute for my dedication to my field and featured in Forbes.
