You can be strong, successful, responsible, and still feel depleted.
You can lead at work, care for your family, serve in your community, build a business, support everyone around you, and still realize that somewhere along the way, you stopped checking in with yourself.
When you’re the woman people depend on, it’s easy to become so focused on what everyone else needs that you don’t stop long enough to ask:
What do I need?
That’s part of why I created Before You Pour.
I know what it’s like to be the woman who can handle a lot. To lead. To accomplish. To show up. To care for other people. And I also know how easy it can be to keep pouring without realizing you need care too.
I didn’t create this guide to give women another thing to do.
I created it because I believe the women who spend so much of their lives caring for, leading, supporting, and pouring into others deserve intentional space to check in with themselves too.
Before You Pour is a reflective digital guide designed to help you do exactly that.
Through honest reflection and practical prompts, you’ll begin exploring what you’ve been carrying, where you may be depleted, what may be keeping you in survival mode, and what you need to move forward with greater clarity, alignment, and intention.
This is about creating space to check in with the woman behind all the roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
Because taking care of yourself doesn’t mean you stop showing up for the people and things that matter to you.
It means you stop disappearing while you do it.
Before you pour into everyone else, make sure there’s something left for you.
