Digital Products

All digital product sales are final. Due to the nature of instant access, no refunds will be issued. If you experience download issues, email coaching@themaeganclark.com.

Coaching Services

Coaching is a personal development service and is not therapy, counseling, or medical advice. You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results. Results are not guaranteed.

Coaching Refund Policy

Coaching payments are final. Partial refunds may be granted only if stated in your signed coaching agreement. Any approved refund will be prorated based on sessions used and may include administrative fees.

Cancellations & Scheduling

You must email coaching@themaeganclark.com at least 48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule coaching calls. Missed or late-canceled sessions are forfeited.

Speaking Services

All speaking contracts and deposits are non-refundable once booked.

Payments

You agree to complete all payments as agreed. Failed or late payments may result in suspended access to services.

No Guarantees

Your success depends on your commitment and effort. The Maegan Clark, LLC does not guarantee specific results.
