Products sold by The Midlife Department may include downloadable workbooks, planners, guides, templates, printables and other digital resources. Unless specifically stated otherwise, digital products are supplied electronically and no physical product will be shipped.

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the digital product for your own personal use.
You may download and print your purchased product for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, reproduce for commercial purposes, upload, copy for others, or claim any part of the product as your own.
All original content and designs remain the intellectual property of The Midlife Department unless otherwise stated.
Digital Delivery
Digital products are generally made available immediately following successful payment and/or delivered to the email address supplied during checkout.
Please ensure your email address is entered correctly. If you experience problems accessing your purchase, please contact The Midlife Department for assistance.
Refunds & Consumer Rights
Due to the nature of downloadable digital products, refunds are generally not provided for change of mind once a digital product has been supplied or accessed.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
If a digital product is faulty, significantly different from its description, or you experience a genuine problem accessing the product, please contact us so we can assist.
