Reset Buddies Classroom Kit

Reset Buddies gives every child a classmate who checks on them, an easy way to name what’s happening in their body, and a menu of resets to choose from.

If you tried the free lesson and posters, this is the full routine, built out step by step. Over four weeks, kids learn to notice their body signals, test resets to find the ones that work for them, become buddies who check on each other, and start noticing a buddy’s signs before their buddy says a word.

Kids learn alongside Snappy (our protector brain), Sage (our thinking brain), and Opal (our body messenger), three characters that make brain and body science easy for kids to remember. And because everybody is different, no child is ever told there’s one right way to calm down.

Each lesson takes about 15 to 20 minutes, and daily check-ins take about two. The teacher guide also answers the hard questions, like, “Can one reset really take a kid from a 5 to a 3?” so you’re ready when colleagues or parents ask.
