Ingredients:
Ahi Tuna Steaks
Sriracha
Sesame Oil
Rice Vinegar
Lime Juice
Green Onions
Sesame Seeds (optional)
Avocado
Tostadas
Cremosa Sauce
The Recipe:
Start by washing and patting dry your ahi tuna steaks, then cut the tuna into small bite-sized cubes and place in a bowl.
Add soy sauce, sesame oil, sriracha, rice vinegar, lime juice, green onions, and sesame seeds to the tuna. Gently mix everything together until well coated, then let it sit in the fridge for about 10–15 minutes so all the flavors can soak in.
While the tuna marinates, bake your mini tostadas at 300° until golden and crispy.
Next, make your homemade guac by mashing together avocados, lime juice, salt, pepper, tomatoes, and cilantro. This will be the base for your tostadas.
Once everything is ready, layer each tostada with the guac spread, then top with the ahi tuna mixture. Finish with fresh cilantro, an extra squeeze of lime, and a drizzle of spicy mayo — or I used the Cremosa Chipotle Sauce by Cholula and it was SO good.
Serve immediately and enjoy! These are fresh, protein-packed, spicy, and seriously so good.
Notes: you could use sriracha and mayo for a spicy mayo rather than the cremosa sauce
Ingredients:
Tilapia
Seasoning (I used a fish seasoning)
Peach Balsamic Glaze (found at trader joes but could use regular too)
Honey
Sliced Almonds
The Recipe:
Start by cleaning your brussels sprouts, trimming the ends, and cutting them in half. Spread them evenly on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season to taste. Bake at 425° for 25–30 minutes, or until crispy, making sure to toss them around halfway through for even cooking.
About halfway through the brussels sprouts cooking, add your tilapia to the oven. Season the tilapia with your favorite fish seasoning, then top with sliced lemons and a little fresh lemon juice. Bake at 425° for about 10–15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flaky.
Once the brussels sprouts are finished, remove them from the oven and immediately drizzle with peach balsamic glaze and honey, then top with sliced almonds. The key is adding everything while they’re still hot so they soak up all the flavor. Toss everything together until well coated.
Serve the tilapia alongside the honey peach balsamic brussels sprouts and enjoy!
Ingredients:
Chicken
Blueberries
Cucumbers
Spring Mix Greens (or spinach)
Walnuts
Feta Cheese
For the Dressing:
Balsamic Vinegar
Olive Oil
Dijon Mustard
Honey
Garlic
Salt & Pepper
The Recipe:
Start by seasoning and cooking your chicken however you prefer — grilled, baked, or pan-seared all work great. Once fully cooked, let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
In a large bowl, add your spring mix lettuce, sliced cucumbers, fresh blueberries, feta cheese, and sliced chicken. Toss everything together lightly until evenly combined.
For the homemade balsamic dressing, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth and well combined. Taste and adjust as needed depending on how sweet or tangy you like it.
Drizzle the balsamic dressing over the salad right before serving and toss gently to coat everything evenly.
Serve immediately and enjoy! This salad is fresh, crunchy, slightly sweet, packed with protein, and perfect for spring or summer lunches.
Ingredients:
Chicken
Romaine Lettuce
Potatoes
Parmesan Cheese
Croutons (optional)
Caesar Dressing
Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Paprika
The Recipe:
Start by cutting your potatoes into thin fry strips, then soak them in cold water for about 20–30 minutes. -This helps make them extra crispy. Once soaked, drain and pat them completely dry.
Spread the fries onto a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Bake at 425° for about 30–40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
While the fries cook, season your chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook in a skillet, air fryer, or oven until fully cooked, then slice into strips.
In a large bowl, toss together chopped romaine lettuce, parmesan cheese, croutons, Caesar dressing, and the sliced chicken until evenly coated.
Warm your tortillas slightly so they’re easier to fold, then fill each wrap with the chicken Caesar mixture. Roll tightly and slice in half if desired.
Serve the wraps alongside the homemade fries and enjoy! This meal is crispy, fresh, protein-packed, and such an easy lunch or dinner.

Ingredients:
Ground Beef
Ramen (I use the Ocean’s Halo Organic Ramen)
Beef Bone Broth
Sesame Oil
Soy Sauce or Coconut Aminos
Honey
Siracha
Bell Peppers
Shredded Carrots
Broccoli
Mushrooms (optional)
Salt & Pepper
The Recipe:
Start by bringing a pot of water to a boil and cooking your ramen noodles according to the package directions. Drain and set aside once done.
In a large skillet or pan, brown your ground beef over medium-high heat, breaking it apart as it cooks. Once fully cooked, drain any excess grease if needed. Add in minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
Season the beef with soy sauce, a splash of sesame oil, a little honey, sriracha (if you like heat), and a bit of beef or chicken broth. Stir everything together so the beef gets coated in a flavorful sauce.
Add in your cooked ramen noodles and toss everything together until well combined and saucy. You can also add veggies here like bell peppers, shredded carrots, or broccoli if you want to bulk it up.
Let it all cook together for a couple of minutes so the noodles soak up the sauce.
This is quick, cozy, and super flavorful — perfect for an easy weeknight dinner.
