Most strategy sessions tackle one thing at a time. This tackles everything, in the right order, with someone who is tracking the full picture across all three sessions and connecting the dots as you go.

Session 1: Positioning and Brand Direction We get clear on who you are, who you're for, and what makes you the only option for the right people.

Session 2: Offers and Monetization We evaluate what you're selling, what you should be selling, and how to price and position it so it actually converts.

Session 3: Content and Growth Strategy + 90-Day Roadmap We build your content direction and audience growth strategy, and you leave with a concrete 90-day plan you can actually execute.

After each session, you receive a written strategic roadmap so you always leave with something tangible to work with between calls.

This is for you if you've been at this for a while, have tried a lot of things, and need someone to finally look at the whole picture with you and tell you what's actually going on.

Please note: reschedules made more than 48 hours in advance are free. Reschedules within 24-48 hours incur a $25 rescheduling fee. Reschedules or cancellations within 2 hours of your session incur a 50% fee. No shows forfeit the full session fee.
