HOW IT WORKS

After purchasing, you'll receive instructions to complete your required creative intake form.

You'll submit your vision, business details, photos, branding, and any other requested materials needed to create your videos.

Your 7–10 business-day turnaround begins once your completed intake form and all required materials have been received.

REVISION POLICY

Your package includes one (1) round of reasonable revisions per video.

Reasonable revisions may include minor text or caption corrections, music changes, timing adjustments, or other minor edits to the original creative direction.

Revisions do not include an entirely new concept, a new creative direction, replacement of previously approved materials, or a complete video remake. Substantial changes may require an additional fee.

Revision requests must be submitted within 3 business days of receiving your initial videos. If no revision request is received within that timeframe, the project will be considered complete.

IMPORTANT CREATIVE NOTICE

AI-generated content may naturally include variations in appearance, movement, voice, pronunciation, backgrounds, objects, or other visual details. Exact replication of a person, product, location, voice, reference photo, or other submitted material cannot be guaranteed.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide and use any photos, logos, audio, branding, likenesses, or other materials submitted for your project.

Due to the customized nature of this service, all sales are final and no refunds are provided once production begins, except where required by applicable law.

The Paid Plan — Terms & Conditions

By purchasing any product or service from The Paid Plan, operated by Load A Box Transport, you agree to the following terms:

All Sales Are Final: All purchases are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of our digital products, personalized services, consultations, and administrative support, no refunds will be provided after purchase, except where required by applicable law.

No Guaranteed Results: Purchasing a product or service does not guarantee any specific result, approval, removal, modification, financial outcome, business outcome, account access, or third-party decision. Individual results and circumstances vary.

Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information needed to fulfill your service and for completing any required onboarding or next steps.

Appointments: If your purchase includes a scheduled call, you must request rescheduling at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations and no-shows may result in forfeiture of the appointment. No refunds will be issued.

Third Parties: We are not responsible for the decisions, policies, processing times, fees, approvals, denials, or actions of independent third parties.

Digital Content: All digital products and materials are for the purchaser's personal use only and may not be copied, shared, reproduced, distributed, or resold without written permission.
