This workshop is for you if...

You try to do it “the right way,” but nothing seems to work.
You try to stay patient. You explain. You give choices. You use the scripts. You give them opportunities to repair. But they still argue, ignore you, scream “no,” or refuse to cooperate—and eventually, you lose your cool.

You know how you want to parent, but when things get hard, you fall back on the same things you promised yourself you wouldn’t do.
Yelling. Threatening. Punishing. Counting to three. Taking things away. Giving in. Over-explaining. Saying things you regret. Maybe even hearing your own parents’ words coming out of your mouth.

You’re tired of feeling like your child’s behavior determines the emotional temperature of your entire home.
You want less tension, fewer power struggles, more cooperation, and a stronger connection with your child—but most of all, you want to feel confident that when the next hard moment comes, you’ll know what to do.

______________________

You wake up telling yourself today will be different.

Today I’m going to be more patient.

I’m not going to yell.

I’m not going to let every little thing get to me.

And you mean it.

But then the day starts.

Your child won’t get dressed.

You’ve asked them four times to put their shoes on.

They scream “NO!” when you ask them to turn off the iPad.

They argue about everything.

They ignore you.

They’re melting down—and now you can feel yourself starting to lose it too.

So you try everything you know.

You explain.

You reason.

You remind them what you talked about yesterday.

You give another choice.

You threaten a consequence.

You count to three.

You take something away.

Maybe you give it back.

And eventually, you yell.

Then comes the guilt.

Why did I do that again?

You apologize. You promise yourself you’ll handle it differently next time.

But when the next hard moment comes, you’re right back where you started.

You know how you want to parent. You just can’t seem to access it when you’re triggered.

______________________

You don’t need another parenting script.

You need a plan for what to do when the script doesn’t work.

Because when you don’t know what to do, you start grabbing at straws.

You try another strategy.

You use more words.

You make a bigger threat.

You give a consequence you don’t really want to give.

You become just as dysregulated as your child.

And eventually, you fall back on whatever seems most likely to get cooperation in that moment—even when it isn’t how you want to parent.

This is where PARR changes things.

PARR gives you a process to come back to when things get hard.

So instead of trying to figure out what to do while you’re already triggered, you have a plan.

And when you have a plan, you can begin to steady yourself enough to actually use it.

In this free workshop, you’ll learn what to actually do when...

Your child ignores you after you’ve asked them to do something four times.

Your child screams “NO!” at you or refuses to do what you’ve asked.

Your child argues with everything you say and pulls you into endless negotiations and power struggles.

Your child refuses to cooperate—and you can feel yourself getting more frustrated with every passing minute.

Your child completely melts down when you hold a boundary.

Your child yells at you, talks back, or says something disrespectful.

You’ve tried explaining, reasoning, validating, and giving choices—and none of it seems to be working.

You can feel yourself becoming triggered and know you’re seconds away from yelling, threatening, or saying something you’ll regret.

These are the moments we’re going to work through together.

We’ll look at what you might normally do, what is happening underneath your reaction, what your child may need in that moment, and how you can begin responding differently.

And I’ll teach you how to use the PARR Method—Pause, Acknowledge, Respond, Reflect—as your process for navigating these moments.

Because it’s one thing to understand emotional regulation when you’re sitting quietly listening to a parenting podcast.

It’s another thing entirely when it’s 7:42 a.m., you’re already late, and your child still doesn’t have their shoes on.

I want you to know what to do in that moment.

______________________

You don’t have to choose between being “gentle” and having boundaries.

This is where so many parents get stuck.

You try to be patient.

You validate.

You explain.

You give choices.

You try not to upset your child.

And when none of that works, you swing in the other direction.

You yell.

You threaten.

You punish.

You try to make your child cooperate.

There is another way.

You can be regulated and firm.

Connected and boundaried.

Compassionate and confident.

You can hold a boundary without needing your child to like it.

You can allow your child to be upset without needing to fix the feeling.

You can use fewer words.

You can stop negotiating.

You can stop trying to convince your child that your boundary is reasonable.

Sometimes the most regulated response is simply:

This is the boundary. You’re allowed to be upset about it. And I’m going to help us move through it.

What PARR gives you

Pause. Acknowledge. Respond. Reflect.

PARR gives you something to return to when your emotions start taking over.

Instead of:

Trigger → react → yell → guilt → apologize → promise to do better → repeat

you begin creating space between what happens and what you do next.

You learn to recognize your own activation.

You understand what your child needs.

You respond instead of grabbing at whatever strategy might make the behavior stop.

You set and hold boundaries more consistently.

And when things don’t go the way you wanted them to?

You reflect.

You get curious about what happened, what activated you, what worked, what didn’t, and what you might do differently next time.

You stop expecting yourself to magically do better—and start building the skills that allow you to respond differently.

______________________

When you have a plan, everything starts to shift.

You aren’t walking into every hard moment wondering what you’re supposed to do.

You know how you want to respond.

And that confidence helps you stay more regulated.

When you’re more regulated, you’re better able to hold the boundary without yelling, threatening, negotiating, or giving in.

And when boundaries become more predictable and consistent, your child begins to know what to expect from you too.

The goal isn’t a home where nobody ever gets upset.

It’s a home where one person’s dysregulation doesn’t automatically become everyone else’s dysregulation.

Less tension.

Fewer power struggles.

More confidence.

More connection.

More room for your child to develop the skills they still need to learn.

______________________

You don’t need to become a different parent.

You don’t need another list of everything you’re doing wrong.

And you definitely don’t need more guilt.

You need a process you can actually access when parenting gets hard.

Because the goal isn’t to leave this workshop thinking:

“Now I know more about parenting.”

The goal is to leave thinking:

“I have a plan. I know what to do.”

Come live and bring me the moment you keep getting stuck in.

September 28th at 12:00 PM ET

After I teach you the PARR Method, I’m staying live for Q&A and real-time coaching.

Maybe every morning turns into a battle.

Maybe your child argues about everything.

Maybe your child’s meltdowns immediately dysregulate you.

Maybe you’re struggling to hold a boundary without threatening a punishment.

Maybe you know exactly what you’re supposed to do, but you can’t figure out how to actually do it with your child.

Bring it.

I’ll answer your questions and coach you through the situations happening in your home so you can begin applying what you’ve learned to your own child, your own triggers, and your own parenting.

I want you to leave feeling supported—not just informed.

Hi, I’m Albiona.

I’m a parenting coach, pediatric speech-language pathologist, and early childhood expert who has spent more than 20 years working with children and families.

I’ve worked with countless parents who love their children deeply and know exactly how they want to parent—but when things get hard, they find themselves falling back on yelling, threatening, punishment, shame, or patterns they promised themselves they wouldn’t repeat.

And one of the biggest things I’ve learned through this work is that most parents don’t need more information about what they’re doing wrong.

They need to know what to do instead.

That’s why I created the PARR Method: Pause, Acknowledge, Respond, Reflect.

It’s the framework I use to help parents regulate their own emotions while understanding what their child needs, setting and holding boundaries with confidence, and responding to challenging behavior more intentionally.

Not so you can become a perfect parent.

But so you can stop feeling like you’re grabbing at straws every time parenting gets hard.

So you can trust yourself.

So you can hold the boundary.

So you can stay connected to your child without losing yourself in their emotions.

And so the way you show up in the hard moments can finally start to match the parent you know you want to be.
