You agree that the Site itself, as well as all content, videos, training materials, products, services, and other materials made available on the Site by us or other third parties, as well as the look and feel of all of the foregoing (collectively referred to as the “Content”), are maintained for your personal use and information by Pixel Mentor (the “Company”) and are the property of the Company and/or its third-party providers.
The Company hereby grants you a limited license, which is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable, to access, view, and use the Site solely for your personal purposes. No Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed, used for public or commercial purposes, or downloaded without the express written permission of the Company.
For content created by the Company as part of its services (e.g., monthly reel creation), you are granted a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use the delivered materials for your personal or commercial purposes, provided you have paid all applicable fees. Ownership of the underlying intellectual property remains with the Company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Due to the nature of digital products and services, all sales are final, and no refunds are offered. However, refunds may be provided where required by applicable laws, including those of Ontario, Canada, such as in cases of non-delivery of the product or technical defects.
For subscription-based services (e.g., monthly reel creation), you are responsible for timely payment and providing the Company with a valid payment method. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@thepixelmentor.com, but cancellations will only take effect for the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partially used subscription periods unless required by law.
The Company is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data in compliance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and other applicable laws. By using the Site, you signify your acceptance of the Company’s Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and store your data.

The Company does not warrant that the Site or services will be error-free or uninterrupted. Use of the Site is at your own risk. In cases where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, the Company’s liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the applicable product or service.
You agree to indemnify and hold the Company, its officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site. This indemnification does not apply to actions resulting from the Company’s negligence or willful misconduct.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflicts of laws principles. By using this Site, you agree that any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario.
