PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR PURCHASING ANY PRODUCT FROM THIS STORE.
By purchasing or accessing any product from The Social Shells Stan Store, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
1. About Our Products
The Social Shells offers a range of digital products via Stan Store, including but not limited to templates, standalone courses, the Basic and Signature Courses, and The Collective group mentorship. Specific terms relating to individual products are set out below. Where a specific clause applies to a product you have purchased, that clause takes precedence. All other clauses apply to all purchases made through this store. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
2. The Social Shells Basic & Signature Courses - Specific Terms
The Social Shells Basic and Signature Courses are discontinued and archived products as of 30th June 2026. This means:
- The course content will not be updated after 30th June 2026
- The course will not be purchasable after 30th April 2026 on the Kajabi platform
- No new modules, lessons, or materials will be added
- The course is provided as a self-contained learning resource reflecting the content available at the date of archiving
By purchasing or accessing either of these courses, you acknowledge and accept that you are purchasing a discontinued course and that no updates, additions, or revisions will be made.
3. Basic & Signature Course Access
Access to the Basic and Signature Courses is provided via Stan Store and is subject to the following conditions:
- Access is available for as long as Nadine maintains an active Stan Store subscription and the course remains hosted on the platform
- Nadine intends to maintain the course on Stan Store for as long as reasonably possible, but this cannot be guaranteed indefinitely
- If the Stan Store subscription is cancelled or the course is removed from the platform, access will cease. Reasonable notice will be given where possible
- Stan Store's own platform terms also govern your access. You can review Stan Store's Terms of Service at stan.store/terms
- The Social Shells is not responsible for any changes to Stan Store's platform, pricing, availability, or functionality
It is your responsibility to consume the course content in a timely manner and not to rely on indefinite access being available.
4. Migrated Students (Previously Purchased on Kajabi)
If you originally purchased The Social Shells Basic or Signature Course on Kajabi, please note:
- Your original purchase was made under the Kajabi Terms & Conditions, which you agreed to at the point of purchase
- The migration of this course to Stan Store is provided as a goodwill gesture to ensure continued access to the content you purchased
- The Kajabi course reached the end of its operational lifespan. "Lifetime access" as defined in the original Kajabi Terms, referred to the operational lifespan of the course, not an indefinite guarantee
- By accessing the course on Stan Store, you accept these updated Terms & Conditions
- No refunds will be issued in connection with the migration or the closure of the Kajabi platform
All migrated students will receive access to The Social Shells Basic Course on Stan Store. Students who originally purchased the Signature Course will additionally receive access to the Meta Ads Bootcamp. Together, these two products contain the full content of the original Signature Course, with the Meta Ads Bootcamp replacing the dedicated Meta Ads module.
Please note that all other features previously included in the Signature Course, including the 1:1 call with Nadine and workbook reviews, have been discontinued as of June 30th, and are not available on Stan Store or elsewhere.
5. Community, Coaching Calls & Support
Regarding any references to community or coaching within the Basic or Signature Course or any other product or content:
- The Social Shells community closed on 30th June 2026
- All community calls, coaching calls, and live support sessions ceased on 30th June 2026
- Any references within the course content to community access, coaching calls, live sessions, or The Social Shells community relate to features that are no longer available
- No community access, live support, coaching, or calls are included with any purchase made on Stan Store, with the exception of The Collective (see clause 7)
- Both courses are provided purely as self-study resources with no live or community component
The Collective is a separate, current program and is not affected by the above.
6. No Updates - Basic & Signature Courses
The Basic and Signature Course content is fixed as of 30th April 2026:
- No further updates will be made to any course materials, videos, templates, or resources
- The Social Shells accepts no responsibility for any changes in social media platforms, tools, algorithms, or industry practices that occur
- It is your responsibility to supplement your learning with current industry resources
7. The Collective (Group Mentorship) - Specific Terms
The Collective is a small-group business and marketing mentorship led by Nadine. It is not a course and does not consist of pre-recorded content or templates. It includes:
- Live group calls on Zoom every two weeks
- A private Slack community for questions and support between calls
Participation is by invitation only.
Calls and schedule: Dates and times of calls are shared in advance via calendar invitation and in Slack. Nadine may reschedule a call with reasonable notice.
Recordings: If you cannot attend a call live, you will receive the recording by link. A member of your team may attend in your place.
Monthly payment: The Collective costs USD 290 per month and is charged automatically every month until you cancel. Any amount shown in another currency is an estimate and depends on the exchange rate at the time of payment.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time by emailing support@thesocialshells.com at least 7 working days before your next payment is due. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds: Monthly payments are final. Payments already made are non-refundable.
Confidentiality and respect: What is shared in the calls and in Slack stays within the group. You agree not to share recordings, Slack content, or other members' information with anyone outside The Collective, and not to record calls yourself. Your membership is personal to you and cannot be transferred or resold.
Right to end a membership: Nadine may end a membership if a member's behavior harms the atmosphere or safety of the group. In that case no further payments will be taken.
Changes to the program: Nadine may adjust the format, schedule, or tools of The Collective, or end the program, with reasonable notice to members.
No guarantee of results: The Collective provides mentorship and education. Results depend on your own business, effort, and circumstances, and nothing in the program is legal, tax, or financial advice.
8. Other Digital Products & Courses
This clause applies to all products purchased through The Social Shells Stan Store other than the Basic and Signature Courses and The Collective, including but not limited to templates, standalone courses, guides, and any other digital downloads.
- All digital products are provided as described at the point of purchase and are for personal use only
- Unless explicitly stated in the product listing, digital products are not updated after purchase. It is your responsibility to check the product description for any update commitments before purchasing
- Any references within a product to The Social Shells community, coaching calls, or live support relate to features that closed on 30th June 2026 and are no longer available. No live or community element is included with any Stan Store purchase, with the exception of The Collective (see clause 7)
- Access to digital products is subject to Stan Store's platform availability. The Social Shells is not responsible for any changes to Stan Store's platform that affect your ability to access purchased products
- It is your responsibility to download and save any digital products you purchase. We recommend doing this promptly after purchase and not relying solely on platform access for long-term storage
- If the Stan Store subscription is cancelled or the course is removed from the platform, access will cease. Reasonable notice will be given where possible
9. Refund Policy
All sales are final across all products in this store. No refunds will be issued once a purchase is completed, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Failure to fully read the product descriptions and terms & conditions
- Failure to consume or download a product within a desired timeframe
- Changes to social media platforms, tools, or industry practices after the purchase date
- Cessation of platform access due to changes outside of our control
- Any misunderstanding regarding the availability of community, coaching, or live support features which closed on 30th June 2026 (this does not apply to The Collective)
Monthly payments and cancellation for The Collective are governed by clause 7.

10. Use & Sharing of All Products
All products purchased from The Social Shells Stan Store - including videos, templates, guides, courses, downloads, and any other content - are for your personal use only. By purchasing or accessing any product you agree that you will not:
- Share, distribute, resell, or transfer your purchase or access to any other person
- Upload, republish, or reproduce any content in any format
- Use materials for commercial purposes or present them as your own work
- Share your login, access link, or any downloaded materials with any third party
Violation of these terms may result in immediate removal of access without refund and may result in legal action.
11. Intellectual Property
All content sold or made available through The Social Shells Stan Store, including but not limited to videos, written materials, templates, guides, course modules, branding, and any accompanying resources, is the intellectual property of The Social Shells and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the content for your own personal or business learning. It does not transfer any ownership rights. You may not reproduce, adapt, republish, resell, or distribute any part of the content without prior written permission from The Social Shells.
12. Platform Terms
Your use of Stan Store is also subject to Stan Store's own Terms of Service, which can be reviewed at stan.store/terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Stan Store's platform terms, Stan Store's terms govern in relation to platform functionality and access.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
14. Privacy & Data
The Social Shells is a UK-registered business and handles all personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Personal data collected at the point of purchase - including your name and email address - is used solely for the purposes of delivering your purchase, providing customer support, and communicating updates relevant to your products.
Your data is also processed by Stan Store as the platform through which purchases are made. Please review Stan Store's Privacy Policy at stan.store/privacy for details of how they handle your data.

Refund policy
All sales are final for online courses, digital products, and templates. No refunds will be issued once a sale is completed. If you have committed to a payment plan, you are responsible for the full payment of the fees regardless of whether you complete the course or not.
Please note that some digital products are also included as part of The Social Shells Basic and Signature Courses. If you are already enrolled in one of these programs, we recommend emailing support@thesocialshells.com before purchasing any digital product separately, to avoid buying something you may already have access to. If you purchase a standalone product and later join a course that includes that same item, it is not eligible for a refund or discount.
Digital products and templates are non-refundable. If you experience any issues with your product, you must email us at support@thesocialshells.com and give us the opportunity to assist or resolve the issue before initiating a payment dispute. We are always happy to help and stand by our commitment to support you. By completing your purchase, you agree to this strict no-refund policy.
Membership monthly payments are final. If you wish to cancel your membership, you must email support@thesocialshells.com at least 7 working days before your next payment is due. Failure to do so may result in your upcoming payment not being canceled on time. You can check your payment date on your bank statement or refer to the date of your original sign-up, as this remains consistent month to month.

Payment Plan
If you choose the payment plan, you will get the course drip-released, meaning a new module will be available for you each week over an eight-week span. If you have committed to a payment plan, you are responsible for full payment of the fees regardless of whether you complete the course or not. Additionally, a finance fee will be added to cover administrative and payment processing costs incurred for multiple payments. The finance fee for the Basic course is $103, and for the Signature course, it is $43. This fee also applies to early payments. If you fail to pay an installment, this will result in you losing access to the full course material until the outstanding balance, including any finance fees, has been paid.
Discount Codes & Offers
Discount codes and offers are limited to one use per person and cannot be shared. They are not guaranteed and may expire, and we are under no obligation to honor any discount after the code has expired. For payment plans, any applied discount code will only apply to the first installment. Sharing discount codes may result in removal from the course or full charges being applied.
Lifetime Access to Course Material
We are committed to providing you with lifetime access to the course material, which means that you will have continuous access for as long as the course content remains available on the Kajabi platform. However, there are certain circumstances, including but not limited to unforeseen events such as the death, illness, or bankruptcy of the course creator, and the event in which Kajabi platform stops trading, which may necessitate the removal of the course.
Course Removal and Notice
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to death, illness, or bankruptcy, we may need to remove the course from the Kajabi platform. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide you with a minimum of 30 days' notice prior to the course's removal. During this notice period, you will still have access to the course material.
Non-Unexpected Circumstances
Outside of the aforementioned unexpected circumstances, we are committed to providing you with uninterrupted access to the course material as long as it is available on the Kajabi platform.
Please note that while we strive to ensure the longevity of our courses, there may be factors beyond our control that could impact course availability. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
By enrolling in our course, you acknowledge and accept the terms of lifetime access as outlined above.
Use and Sharing of Course Materials
Enrolling in the course or purchasing any digital products, including but not limited to downloads, guides, templates, videos, and any other content provided as part of the course, signifies your agreement with the following terms:
- Personal Use: All course materials and digital products are intended solely for your personal use and educational purposes. You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or otherwise share these materials with any third party.
- Non-Transferable: Your access to the course materials and digital products is non-transferable. You may not transfer, sublicense, or assign your access to any other person or entity.
- No Modifications: You may not modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the course materials or digital products.
- Confidentiality: You acknowledge that the course materials and digital products contain confidential and proprietary information. You agree to keep all course materials and digital products confidential and not to disclose them to any third party.
- Violation of Terms: Violation of these terms may result in the immediate termination of your access to the course or digital products without refund, and legal action may be pursued for any damages incurred as a result of your violation.
By enrolling in the course or purchasing any digital products, you confirm your understanding of and agreement to abide by these terms. We appreciate your compliance, as it helps us maintain the quality and integrity of our educational offerings.

The Company has the right, but has no obligation, to remove content and accounts containing materials that it deems, in its sole discretion, to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or these Terms of Use. If you believe that your intellectual property rights are being violated and/or that any work belonging to you has been reproduced on the Site or in any Content in any way, you may notify Company at support@thesocialshells.com. Please provide your name and contact information, the nature of your work and how it is being violated, all relevant copyright and/or trademark registration information, the location/URL of the violation, and any other information you believe is relevant.
4. While the Company uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information in the Site, the Company makes no warranties or representations as to its accuracy. The Company assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of the Site.
5. When you register with the Company and/or this Site, you expressly consent to receive any notices, announcements, agreements, disclosures, reports, documents, communications concerning new products or services, or other records or correspondence from the Company. You consent to receive notices electronically by way of transmitting the notice to you by email.

If you send comments or suggestions about the Site to the Company, including, but not limited to, notes, text, drawings, images, designs or computer programs, such submissions shall become, and shall remain, the sole property of the Company. No submission shall be subject to any obligation of confidence on the part of the Company. You acknowledge that it may be possible for an unauthorized third party to access, view, copy, modify or distribute the data and files you store using the Site. Use of the Site is completely at your own risk.

The Company will not intentionally disclose any personally identifying information about you to third parties, except where the Company, in good faith, believes such disclosure is necessary to comply with the law or enforce these Terms of Use. By using the Site, you signify your acceptance of the Company's Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, in whole or part, please do not use this Site.

THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PERFORMANCE OR SERVICE PROBLEMS CAUSED BY ANY THIRD PARTY WEBSITE OR THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDER (including, for example, your web service provider service, Stripe payment services, your software and/or any updates or upgrades to that software). ANY SUCH PROBLEM SHALL BE GOVERNED SOLELY BY THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND THAT PROVIDER. THE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DETERMINE, IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION, WHETHER THE COMPANY IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SUCH MALFUNCTION OR DISRUPTION. THE COMPANY ALSO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO LIMIT YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND/OR THE CONTENT OR TO TERMINATE YOUR ACCOUNT SHOULD THE COMPANY DETERMINE THAT YOU HAVE VIOLATED THESE TERMS OF USE, OR THAT YOU HAVE VIOLATED ANY OTHER RULES OR CONDITIONS OF THE COMPANY. THE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ACCESS TO THE SITE AND/OR THE COMPANY'S CONTENT, PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES TO ANYONE IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION. THE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DETERMINE, IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION, WHETHER THE COMPANY IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SUCH MALFUNCTION OR DISRUPTION. THE COMPANY MAY, IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION, REFUND THE INITIAL FEE CHARGED FOR ANY USE OF THE SITE AND/OR ANY CONTENT OR A PRO-RATA PORTION THEREOF CONSISTENT WITH THE COMPANY'S REFUND POLICY. THE COMPANY SHALL REFUSE ANY REFUND THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER YOUR PAYMENT FOR USE OF THE SITE AND/OR ANY CONTENT, EITHER PURSUANT TO THE COMPANY'S CUSTOMER LICENSE AGREEMENT OR OTHERWISE, REGARDLESS OF THE REASON FOR DISRUPTION.

The Company reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense of any claim for which we are entitled to indemnification under this Section. In such event, you shall provide the Company with such cooperation as is reasonably requested by the Company.

14. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You further submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
