Terms & Conditions – Fall Stock Photo Collection (Pre-Sale)

By purchasing the Fall Stock Photo Collection (“Product”) from Kate Warren, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Product Description & Delivery

  • This Product is a collection of 15 fall-themed stock photos for use in business marketing.

  • This is a pre-sale offer. The Product will be delivered via email to the email address provided at checkout on October 1, 2025.

  • A placeholder PDF will be available immediately upon purchase as confirmation of your order.

2. License & Permitted Use

  • You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for your own personal or business marketing purposes, including but not limited to:

    • Social media content

    • Website graphics

    • Blog posts and newsletters

    • Marketing materials for your own business

  • You may not:

    • Sell, gift, or redistribute the photos to third parties.

    • Claim the photos as your own original photography.

    • Use the photos for any unlawful or defamatory purposes.

3. Ownership & Copyright

  • Copyright and intellectual property rights to all photos remain with Kate Warren.

  • This purchase does not transfer ownership. You are purchasing a license to use the photos under the terms stated above.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Due to the digital nature of the Product, all sales are final.

  • No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided once purchase is complete.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Kate Warren is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of the Product.

  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes, business results, or increased engagement from using the Product.
