We'll discuss your manuscript, your goals, where you're feeling stuck, and create a personalized plan before coaching begins.

✓ Two Personalized Coaching Rounds

Each submission includes a personalized Manuscript Action Plan report outlining what's working, what needs strengthening, and specific recommendations you can implement right away.

✓ One 30-minute Wrap-Up Coaching Call

After you've received your second Manuscript Action Plan, we'll meet to discuss your notes, answer questions, and map out your next steps so you know exactly where your manuscript is headed.

✓ Weekly Email Check-Ins

Gentle accountability and support between submissions.

✓ Up to 2,500 words per Coaching Round
(A little over is perfectly fine.)

✓ Priority Scheduling

Package Timeline

Your two coaching rounds should be completed within 8 weeks of purchase. This timeline is designed to help you maintain momentum and continue making progress on your manuscript.

Extensions may be granted at my discretion for extenuating circumstances.

  • Upload Company materials to shared drives, groups, or platforms

  • Use Company content to train others or create competing products

All content is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

3. Digital Products & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and instant access, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for:

  • Digital downloads

  • Templates

  • Worksheets

  • Courses

  • Resource libraries

  • Memberships

If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to your purchase, please contact us at quillandchapter@gmail.com, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

4. Coaching Services & Calls

If your purchase includes coaching, critique services, or calls:

  • You are responsible for scheduling your call(s) using the provided booking link

  • Calls are non-refundable

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must email quillandchapter@tinaakian.com at least 24 hours in advance

  • Missed calls or late cancellations will be forfeited

Coaching and critique services are educational in nature and do not guarantee specific outcomes, publication, income, or success.

5. No Guarantees

The Company makes no guarantees regarding results, writing success, publication, income, or creative outcomes.

Any testimonials or examples are not promises of results. Your success depends on your own effort, skill, experience, and circumstances.

6. Intellectual Property

All Company materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Tina M. Akhian | First Draft Studio.

Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to use Company trademarks, branding, or content beyond personal use.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws

  • Infringe on intellectual property rights

  • Share defamatory, abusive, or harmful content

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Company systems or materials

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Stan Store

  • Calendly

  • Email providers

  • Website hosting platforms

Any disputes related to those services are governed by their respective terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be handled exclusively in the courts located in California.

11. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our products or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
