11. Digital Product Policy — All Sales Final
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales made through Katarzyna Kogut LLC / Tipaholic are final.
There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once digital content or course access has been granted.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Online courses
E-books, PDFs, or digital downloads
Memberships or subscriptions
Coaching sessions, replays, or recordings
By purchasing, you acknowledge that digital materials cannot be returned and agree that all payments are non-refundable.
12. Coaching Calls and Scheduling
If your purchase includes a coaching call, you are responsible for booking and attending your session. All calls are non-refundable.
To cancel or reschedule, email hello@tipaholic.com with the subject line “CALL CANCELLATION – [Date & Time]” at least 48 hours before your scheduled time.
Cancellations made within 48 hours or missed calls will be forfeited without refund.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Katarzyna Kogut LLC, Tipaholic, and their agents, employees, affiliates, and licensors from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflicts of law.
You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
15. Modifications
Katarzyna Kogut LLC reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time without notice. Updates take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
