When you book a 1:1 session with me, you’ll receive:

Note: Cancellations or rescheduling cannot be accepted within 48 hours of your scheduled session. Thank you for respecting this boundary so I can hold space for every client with care and intention.

As of today, my 1:1 meditation coaching sessions are now $100/session.

I’m deeply grateful for everyone who has trusted me with their time, stories, healing, and growth.

After my next 50 booked sessions, pricing will increase by an additional $25 as I continue expanding this work and creating more personalized offerings.

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using this website or purchasing any service.

By accessing this site or booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General Overview

Welcome to Guided by Tori LLC (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By booking a one-on-one session, group workshop, or purchasing any digital product, you are entering into an agreement with Guided by Tori LLC to receive meditation coaching and mindfulness guidance.

Our offerings are designed for personal development and stress reduction and are not medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment. Always consult a licensed professional for medical or mental-health concerns.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within our services — including text, videos, audio, graphics, materials, and resources — is the property of Guided by Tori LLC or its content partners.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or share any materials without written permission. Your access is for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. Coaching Sessions

By booking a one-on-one session, you agree that:

  • The session is a collaborative coaching experience designed to support your personal and spiritual growth.

  • Results are subjective and depend on your personal participation, openness, and continued practice.

  • Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, diagnosis, or medical advice.

After booking, you’ll receive an email with your confirmation and session details (Zoom link, prep info, etc.). Please arrive on time and be in a quiet, private space for the best experience.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

All bookings and digital product sales are final.

Payment must be completed at the time of booking.

Due to the nature of our offerings (custom, experiential, and time-based), no refunds are provided once payment is made.

If a session becomes unavailable due to technical or scheduling issues caused by the Company, we’ll work with you to reschedule at no additional cost.

5. Rescheduling and Cancellations

If you need to reschedule, please email hello@guidedbytori.com with the subject “Session Reschedule – [date & time]” at least 48 hours before your appointment.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior, or no-shows, will result in forfeiture of the session.

6. Privacy and Confidentiality

Your privacy matters.

All personal information shared during sessions is kept confidential and will never be shared without your written consent, except where required by law.

We maintain industry-standard measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee that transmissions over the internet will be entirely secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

By participating in coaching, workshops, or digital offerings, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are responsible for your own wellbeing, choices, and results.

  • Guided by Tori LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation or use of our website or materials.

  • All content is provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Guided by Tori LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or website.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes shall be handled within the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.

10. Updates to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this site. Continued use of the site or services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
