These Digital Products Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are entered into between Trade With A Mission LLC dba Trade Easy With Gigi (“Trade Easy With Gigi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the person who purchases, downloads, accesses, or uses one of our digital products (“you” or “your”).
These Terms apply to digital products offered by Trade Easy With Gigi, including but not limited to calculators, guides, action plans, workbooks, worksheets, templates, spreadsheets, PDFs, videos, digital downloads, mini-courses, training resources, educational materials, and related bonuses or resources (collectively, the “Digital Products”).
By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using a Digital Product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase, download, access, or use our Digital Products.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to purchase or use our Digital Products.
By purchasing or accessing a Digital Product, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally permitted to purchase and access the product where you live.
2. Educational Purposes Only
Trade Easy With Gigi Digital Products are provided for general educational and informational purposes only.
Nothing contained within a Digital Product constitutes personalized financial, investment, securities, commodities, futures, forex, cryptocurrency, accounting, tax, legal, brokerage, or trading advice.
Trade Easy With Gigi does not act as your broker, investment adviser, commodity trading adviser, fiduciary, money manager, accountant, attorney, or tax adviser.
Our Digital Products do not constitute a recommendation, solicitation, instruction, or offer to buy, sell, hold, or trade any particular financial instrument, account, strategy, service, broker, prop firm, platform, or investment.
You remain solely responsible for determining what decisions are appropriate for your individual circumstances.
3. Trading Risk Disclosure
Trading involves substantial risk and may result in the loss of some or all of the money you trade.
Forex, futures, options, cryptocurrency, leveraged products, prop-firm trading, and automated trading may involve additional risks and may increase both the speed and amount of potential losses.
Purchasing or using a Trade Easy With Gigi Digital Product does not reduce, eliminate, or transfer those risks to Trade Easy With Gigi.
You are solely responsible for determining whether you should trade, how much capital you are willing and able to risk, which broker, prop firm, platform, account, strategy, or provider you use, and the position size, leverage, risk parameters, stop losses, and other trading settings you select.
You should never trade money you cannot afford to lose.
4. Calculators, Projections, Examples, and Estimates
Some Digital Products, including the EASY Capital Calculator and related resources, may generate calculations, estimates, illustrations, scenarios, projections, targets, or examples based on information entered by you or assumptions incorporated into the product.
These outputs are educational illustrations only.
Calculator results do not represent a guarantee of future earnings, a prediction of trading performance, a promise that a particular amount of capital will produce a particular amount of income, a determination of how much money you personally should trade, a guarantee that you will reach a particular financial goal, or personalized financial or investment advice.
If a calculator shows an amount of capital associated with a particular monthly income goal, that result does not mean that possessing or trading that amount of capital will produce that income.
Actual trading results may be materially different.
Results can be affected by market conditions, trading strategy, risk, leverage, experience, discipline, execution, spreads, slippage, commissions, fees, taxes, technology, broker or prop-firm rules, losses, drawdowns, timing, and numerous other factors.
You are responsible for reviewing the assumptions behind any calculation and determining whether those assumptions are relevant to your circumstances.
5. No Earnings or Results Guarantee
Trade Easy With Gigi does not promise or guarantee that purchasing or using a Digital Product will cause you to make money, become profitable, achieve trading consistency, reach a particular income level, grow an account to a particular size, replace employment or business income, pass a prop-firm evaluation, receive a funded trading account, qualify for or receive a payout, recover the purchase price of a Digital Product, or achieve any other financial or nonfinancial result.
Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Testimonials, examples, screenshots, trade results, account balances, payouts, withdrawals, case studies, personal experiences, demonstrations, or other results that may appear in our products or marketing are provided for informational or illustrative purposes and should not be interpreted as a promise or representation of what you will achieve.
Your results depend on factors that are individual to you and factors outside Trade Easy With Gigi’s control.
6. Your Responsibility
You are responsible for your own financial, trading, business, and personal decisions.
You agree to independently evaluate information before acting on it and to seek advice from appropriately licensed professionals when necessary.
Purchasing a Digital Product does not create an advisory, fiduciary, brokerage, partnership, employment, joint-venture, or agency relationship between you and Trade Easy With Gigi.
7. Digital Product Access
The specific content, features, format, delivery method, price, bonuses, and access period for your Digital Product are those stated on the applicable sales or checkout page at the time of purchase.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, your purchase provides access only to the specific Digital Product purchased.
Purchasing one Digital Product does not automatically provide access to other Trade Easy With Gigi products, programs, communities, coaching, software, trading tools, updates, future versions, or services.
We may make reasonable updates, corrections, improvements, or modifications to Digital Products. We do not guarantee that every Digital Product will remain available indefinitely.
8. Personal-Use License
Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the Digital Product for your own personal educational purposes.
You are purchasing access to the Digital Product. You are not purchasing ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
Unless Trade Easy With Gigi gives you prior written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, share, sell, resell, license, sublicense, distribute, give away, publicly display, commercially exploit, or provide another person access to the Digital Product.
You may not share download links, login credentials, protected pages, files, or access information.
You may not modify the Digital Product and represent it as your own, create derivative products substantially based upon Trade Easy With Gigi materials, use the Digital Product to create or sell a competing calculator, guide, workbook, course, template, training, or other product, teach or distribute our proprietary materials as your own, remove our copyright or branding, or systematically scrape or extract our content.
You may not use a Digital Product or substantial portions of its content to train, fine-tune, develop, populate, or build an artificial-intelligence model, dataset, chatbot, software product, competing product, or commercial content system.
You may take personal notes and apply the general knowledge you learn for your own use.
9. Intellectual Property
All Digital Products and their original content—including text, graphics, calculations, formulas as expressed or arranged within our proprietary materials, worksheets, frameworks, videos, audio, downloads, templates, designs, branding, product names, compilations, presentations, and educational materials—are owned by or licensed to Trade With A Mission LLC dba Trade Easy With Gigi and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
“Trade Easy With Gigi,” “Trade EASY,” “EASY Capital Calculator,” “EASY Capital Action Plan,” “Trading RESET,” associated logos, and related brand identifiers may constitute trademarks, trade names, or other proprietary brand assets of Trade Easy With Gigi.
No ownership rights are transferred to you through your purchase.
10. All Digital Product Sales Are Final
Because our Digital Products provide immediate access to downloadable, viewable, usable, or otherwise accessible digital content, ALL DIGITAL PRODUCT SALES ARE FINAL AND NONREFUNDABLE unless a different written refund policy is expressly stated on the applicable checkout page or a refund is required by applicable law.
Refunds will not be provided because of a change of mind; failure to download, access, use, or implement the product; dissatisfaction with trading results; trading losses; failure to reach an income or capital goal; incompatibility with your preferred trading strategy; broker or prop-firm decisions; inability to obtain funding or a payout; or circumstances outside Trade Easy With Gigi’s control.
Nothing in these Terms eliminates consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
11. Payment
You agree to pay the price, taxes, and applicable fees displayed at checkout.
By submitting payment information, you authorize our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the amount shown at checkout.
You are responsible for providing accurate payment and billing information.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support@tradewithamission.com so we can investigate the issue.
Knowingly filing a false, fraudulent, or bad-faith payment dispute or chargeback may constitute a material breach of these Terms.
Nothing in this section limits any dispute or chargeback rights that cannot legally be waived.
12. Technology and Availability
Digital Products may depend upon websites, hosting providers, email providers, checkout platforms, payment processors, file-delivery systems, internet connections, devices, browsers, spreadsheet software, or other third-party technology.
Trade Easy With Gigi cannot guarantee uninterrupted, continuous, error-free, or universally compatible access.
You are responsible for maintaining the devices, internet connection, software, accounts, and technical capabilities necessary to access your purchase.
If a technical problem on our side prevents reasonable access to a purchased Digital Product, contact support@tradewithamission.com so we can attempt to resolve the access issue.
13. Third-Party Platforms and Services
Our Digital Products may reference or interact with third-party brokers, prop firms, trading platforms, software, websites, payment processors, charting services, applications, or other providers.
Trade Easy With Gigi does not own or control those third parties unless expressly stated otherwise and is not responsible for their availability, pricing, fees, rules, policies, trading execution, security, data, software, account decisions, payouts, restrictions, changes, outages, or conduct.
References or links to third parties do not constitute a guarantee of their services or results.
You are responsible for reviewing a third party’s current terms and policies before using its products or services.
14. Accuracy of Information
Trade Easy With Gigi makes reasonable efforts to provide useful and accurate educational information.
However, trading markets, technology, platforms, prop-firm rules, laws, regulations, fees, products, and third-party services may change.
We do not guarantee that every Digital Product will always be complete, current, error-free, or applicable to every circumstance.
If you discover what appears to be a technical or factual error in a Trade Easy With Gigi Digital Product, please contact us.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
TRADE EASY WITH GIGI DISCLAIMS EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, COMPATIBILITY, AND RESULTS.
Trade Easy With Gigi does not warrant that a Digital Product will meet your expectations, produce a particular outcome, operate without interruption, or be compatible with every device, platform, broker, prop firm, account, strategy, or jurisdiction.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
16. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRADE WITH A MISSION LLC DBA TRADE EASY WITH GIGI AND ITS OWNER, AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, TEAM MEMBERS, LICENSORS, SUCCESSORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR PURCHASE OR USE OF A DIGITAL PRODUCT.
THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, TRADING LOSSES, ACCOUNT LOSSES, LOST OR DENIED PAYOUTS, PROP-FIRM DISQUALIFICATIONS, OR THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF TRADE EASY WITH GIGI FOR CLAIMS ARISING FROM A PARTICULAR DIGITAL PRODUCT WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID TO TRADE EASY WITH GIGI FOR THAT DIGITAL PRODUCT.
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.
17. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trade With A Mission LLC dba Trade Easy With Gigi and its owner, affiliates, contractors, team members, licensors, successors, and agents from third-party claims, liabilities, losses, judgments, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful or unauthorized use of a Digital Product, material breach of these Terms, infringement of another person’s rights, unauthorized reproduction or distribution of our intellectual property, or management of or representations regarding another person’s funds or trading account.
This section does not require you to indemnify a protected party for that party’s own conduct where such indemnification is prohibited by law.
18. Suspension or Termination of Access
Trade Easy With Gigi may suspend or terminate access to a Digital Product if you materially violate these Terms, including by sharing access, distributing protected materials, reselling our products, infringing our intellectual property, engaging in fraud, attempting to circumvent access controls, or using our products unlawfully.
Termination for a material breach does not automatically create a right to a refund.
Sections relating to intellectual property, payment obligations, disclaimers, risk allocation, limitations of liability, indemnification, and disputes survive termination where appropriate.
19. Governing Law and Disputes
Before filing a legal claim, the complaining party must send written notice describing the dispute and requested resolution.
Notices to Trade Easy With Gigi must be sent to support@tradewithamission.com.
The parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days after receipt of notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law or mandatory law applicable to you provides otherwise.
Subject to any nonwaivable right to bring a claim elsewhere, disputes arising from these Terms or a Digital Product will be brought in the appropriate state or federal court serving the Florida county in which Trade Easy With Gigi maintains its principal place of business.
Nothing prevents either party from bringing an eligible individual claim in small-claims court.
20. Changes to These Terms
Trade Easy With Gigi may update these Terms prospectively for legal, operational, security, product, or business reasons.
The current version will display a “Last Updated” date.
Material changes will apply prospectively after reasonable notice where required and will not retroactively alter material payment or dispute terms relating to a completed purchase without your affirmative agreement except where permitted or required by law.
21. Electronic Acceptance
You agree that your electronic acceptance of these Terms has the same effect as a handwritten signature to the extent permitted by law.
Acceptance may include checking an agreement box, completing a purchase after being presented with these Terms, electronically signing, creating an account where these Terms are presented, or accessing a Digital Product after affirmatively agreeing to these Terms.
22. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
23. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the applicable sales page, checkout terms, and any policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and Trade Easy With Gigi concerning your purchase and use of the applicable Digital Product.
If a product-specific written agreement expressly conflicts with these Terms, the product-specific agreement controls as to that conflict.

You remain solely responsible for your trading decisions, accounts, funds, risk, providers, and financial decisions.
You understand that no earnings, profits, payouts, funded accounts, capital growth, or other results are promised.
You understand that your purchase is for your personal use and that Trade Easy With Gigi Digital Products may not be copied, shared, resold, distributed, or commercially exploited without written permission.
You understand that Digital Product sales are final and nonrefundable except where otherwise expressly stated in writing or required by applicable law.
