Face The Mud - Root Cause Assessment

Face The Mud - Root Cause Assessment

$17

You already know something is wrong. You just don’t know what.

You’ve set the goal again. You meant it this time. You told yourself, this is the year.

Then, around week three, it quietly slipped away. No big failure. No dramatic moment. Just one skipped day that turned into two, then a week, then that familiar voice:

“Here we go again.”

So you did what you always do. You tried harder. You bought another planner. You prayed for more discipline. You blamed your schedule, your energy, yourself.

But what if trying harder was never the answer?

I spent 33 years as a process engineer fixing failing production lines. In all that time, we never fixed a broken machine by yelling at it to work harder. We found the root cause. Then we fixed the right thing.

Then I went home and did the opposite with my own life for decades. I treated the symptoms (inconsistency, procrastination, quitting) and never once looked for the source.

This workbook is the tool I wish someone had handed me.

Inside The Root Cause Assessment Workbook, you will:

  • Score yourself across 7 buckets (The Fog, The Drift, The Pull Back, and more) and see exactly where your goals keep breaking down

  • Pinpoint your top 2 blockers, so you stop trying to fix everything and fix what’s stopping everything

  • Run the Engineer’s Debrief: ask “Why?” until you reach the real reason, not the excuse

  • Rewrite your goal around what you control, so it stops feeding your anxiety

  • Run a Pre-Mortem, so the plan for your hardest day is written before that day arrives

  • Build your Personal Success Planner, a clear, step-by-step blueprint for the goal you actually want

  • Keep the 48-Hour Reset Protocol for the day you fall off track and need to get back up fast

  • Use the 11 Most Common Breakdowns guide to recognize the pattern, name it, and fix it

Imagine closing this workbook tonight and knowing:

  • why you keep stopping

  • what’s actually been in the way

  • what to do this week

  • what to do the next time you slip

That’s not more motivation. That’s clarity. And clarity is peace.

You are not lazy. You are not broken. You are not behind.
You’ve been running a diagnostic you were never given the tools to run.

Until now.

You’ve already given years to the wrong fix. Give one honest sitting to the right one.
