Stay Out of the Mud: The 3-2-1 Tracking Dashboard

Stay Out of the Mud: The 3-2-1 Tracking Dashboard

$12$17

You don't need another goal. You need a way to stay on track.

You've set the goal. You've made the plan. You may even have a clear picture of the life you're trying to build.

But what happens when motivation fades, life gets busy, or you miss a few days?

One missed workout becomes a week. One difficult day turns into another unfinished project. Before you know it, you're back where you started, wondering why you can't seem to stay consistent.

The problem may not be your goal. It may be the system you're using to achieve it.

After decades of working with complex systems as a process engineer, I learned an important lesson. You don't wait until a system fails to figure out something is wrong. You monitor the right signals, pay attention to what you can control, and respond before a small problem becomes a bigger one.

I brought that same principle into personal goal achievement.

The 3-2-1 Tracking Dashboard gives you a practical way to put that principle to work in your own life.

A simple system. A smarter way to follow through.

Instead of obsessing over results you can't fully control today, you'll learn to focus on the actions you can take right now.

3 Leading Indicators: Identify three specific daily actions within your control that move you toward your goal.

2 Lagging Indicators: Track two meaningful results to see whether your actions are producing progress over time.

1 Early Warning Signal: Identify the behavior that tells you you're beginning to drift off course, then decide in advance how you'll respond.

That last step matters. Instead of waiting until you've lost momentum and trying to motivate yourself all over again, you'll already have a plan for getting back on track.

What you'll get inside

  • A complete 12-week tracking system to help you build consistency and measure your progress.

  • Step-by-step dashboard instructions so you know what to track, what to measure, and how to use the information.

  • Real-world health and business examples to help you apply the system to goals that matter to you.

  • A personal dashboard template to define your daily actions, desired results, and early warning signals.

  • Weekly tracking pages to record your actions, review your results, and identify opportunities to improve.

  • A 12-week results chart and monthly check-ins to see your progress from a broader perspective.

  • The PDCA improvement method to help you Plan, Do, Check, and Act instead of repeating the same approach when it isn't working.

  • The 48-hour reset principle and pre-decided response strategy to help you recover from setbacks without turning one difficult day into another abandoned goal.

  • A faith-and-purpose connection that aligns intentional planning and personal accountability with what matters most to you.

Why this approach is different

Most tracking methods focus on what happened after the fact. By then, you may have already spent days moving away from your goal.

The 3-2-1 Dashboard helps you focus on what you can control today and spot warning signs that often appear before progress stalls.

You don't need ten apps, complicated spreadsheets, or hours of daily planning.

The system requires about two minutes of daily tracking and a 15-minute weekly review.

You can use it for health goals, business growth, writing projects, personal development, or any other meaningful goal you want to pursue more consistently.

You don't have to start over every time life gets in the way.

Missing a day doesn't have to become missing a week. A setback doesn't have to become another reason to give up.

You need a way to recognize the drift, make a small correction, and keep moving.

That's the power of the 3-2-1 Tracking Dashboard.

Stop relying on motivation alone. Start building a system that helps you follow through.

Your goal deserves more than good intentions. It deserves a process you can put into practice.

Stop Losing Momentum. Start Following Through
