Holistic Life Coach | Yoga Teacher | Embodied Swimming Guide
My path has taken me from the waves of distant shores to quiet yoga studios, from the chaos of international flights to the calm of deep inner work. Through it all, I’ve come to understand one truth: true transformation begins when we return to ourselves — fully, honestly, and with compassion.
I began my journey in my early twenties, traveling, surfing, and observing how people live and relate. I noticed how I shifted around others — always searching for where I belonged. That search led me into yoga, and eventually to a life-changing moment, mid-flight as a cabin crew manager, gazing out at the stars. I knew then that I wanted to impact people not through status, but through the soul.
Since then, I’ve trained and taught yoga across New Zealand, Australia, and the UK. I built a swim school from scratch in Brighton, where I began blending my love of the water with a somatic, mindful approach. Over the years, it became clear: I’m not just teaching yoga or swimming — I’m guiding people back into alignment with themselves.
Today, I work as an Integrative Alignment Coach, helping people harmonize their inner world with their outer life. My approach blends:
Iyengar yoga
Somatic movement & breathwork
Nervous system regulation
Conscious swimming in nature
Soulful coaching and embodiment practices
Whether I’m working with a corporate client, a retreat guest, or someone standing vulnerably on the mat for the first time, my mission is the same:
To help you reconnect with your body, reclaim your energy, and realign your life with your truth.
That we heal through the body, not around it
That nature is not a luxury — it’s a necessity
That your story is sacred, and your pace is perfect
That feeling strong, grounded, and clear is your birthright
And that transformation doesn’t need to be loud — it needs to be real
My work is for the seekers, the change-makers, the quietly curious, and the deeply tired. It’s for anyone longing to live more aligned, more awake, and more alive.
Let’s walk each other home — to the heart, to the body, to what matters most.
