If you haven't used our services or haven't used our Pet Care Pros in 2023/2024, this form is for you!

You are submitting a "request". As much as we want to say yes to every single pet, our team is very small and may already be booked for your dates. The more notice you can give us, the better the chances we are available to serve you. Please allow us 3-4 business days to check your Pet Care Pro's availability and get back to you.

Our office hours are Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun 1pm-6pm (closed on major US holidays), our non-urgent contact hours are 8am-8pm, 7 days a week. We will process every request as quickly as possible. You can speed this process up by being very clear with what your pets need from our Pros.

Once you enter your pet care details, you'll be able to request a call with Jen, founder of Two Dogs Pet Services and your pet care concierge. This call is required if this is our first time serving you.

During this 1:1 call, she will:

  • Reconnect with you if you are a returning client from previous years.

  • Discuss your Pet Care, Dog Walking, or Waste Clean Up needs.

  • Gather a bit of info about your pets.

  • Share specifics about how we operate and who we are.

  • Schedule your in-home consult. Our Pet Care Pros will come to your home to meet you and your pets and discuss household needs, make sure your pets like us, and get detailed instructions from you.

  • Give you a quick quote.*

  • Answer any questions you might have.

What kind, how many, and what ages are the pets in your home (or on your property)? Even if you aren’t requesting service for every pet, we still need to know about all critters. No surprises, please.
What type(s) of service are you requesting? Choose all that apply. All pet care visits/overnights include walks as requested and waste clean up from that day, as well as general pet care and household needs. Dog Walking includes waste clean up from that day, water refresh, food/treats (if requested), mail/packages brought in, but is not considered petsitting. Waste Clean up is included in all of our services, check this if that's all you need, does not include pet care or household extras.
