We want you to know exactly what to expect before beginning your journey with TRF. Please read each step carefully before submitting your onboarding information.
Before beginning your onboarding, you must have active online accounts with all three major bureaus:
Experian.com
my.Equifax.com
TransUnion.com
TRF uses information directly from the three bureaus to complete your analysis and develop your personalized game plan.
Credit Karma and other third-party credit monitoring services are not accepted.
Please create or recover access to all three accounts before beginning your onboarding.
Once you have access to all three accounts, complete the onboarding form located at the bottom of this page.
You will be asked to provide:
• Your first and last name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Required report access information
• Information about your current credit and financial goals
• Acceptance of TRF's terms and required disclosures
Your first and last name are required. Incomplete or inaccurate identifying information may result in your onboarding being canceled or returned for correction.
Please provide all requested information accurately and in a timely manner. TRF cannot begin your analysis until all required onboarding information has been received.
After your onboarding requirements have been completed, TRF will review your reports from Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion.
We will identify negative information, reporting concerns, and other areas of your credit profile that may be affecting your stated credit and financial goals.
Remember: every credit profile is different.
Your strategy will be based on what is actually appearing on your reports and what you are trying to accomplish.
After completing your credit analysis, you will receive your personalized TRF Game Plan by email.
Your Game Plan will explain what we found, what may need to be addressed, recommended next steps, and the service options available for your particular credit profile.
This is where you'll be able to see the difference between disputing negative accounts and actually having a strategy for your credit.
After reviewing your Game Plan, you will select the TRF service level that best fits the amount of assistance you need and your financial goals.
TRF offers multiple levels of service ranging from assistance to more comprehensive credit education and mentorship.
Your available options and applicable pricing will be provided after your credit analysis.
Once all required agreements, disclosures, and applicable service requirements have been completed, TRF will begin the first round of your restoration process.
There is no guaranteed timeframe or guaranteed result for a dispute.
Some responses may occur quickly, while others may take longer. As a general expectation, responses may occur within approximately 4–30 days, but this is an estimate rather than a guarantee.
Some clients may see certain matters resolved during the first round as early as 2days. Others may require additional action.
The number of rounds required depends on the information being disputed, the companies furnishing that information, the responses received, and the client's individual circumstances.
At the conclusion of the first round, we will review the results.
Items that have been appropriately corrected, updated, or removed will be documented.
If unresolved information remains and there is a legitimate basis for additional action, we will determine whether another round is appropriate.
You are never guaranteed that an item will be deleted simply because it is disputed.
The initial review and certain electronic processes may not require you to provide TRF with copies of sensitive identity documents.
However, if your situation requires written correspondence with a consumer reporting agency or furnisher, additional documentation may be necessary.
At that time, you may be asked to securely provide documentation.
TRF will let you know exactly what is required before proceeding.
Getting negative information addressed is only part of the process.
Depending on the TRF service level you select, your personalized strategy may also include guidance regarding utilization, positive account history, existing accounts, credit-building opportunities, financial habits, and positioning your credit profile around your specific goals.
The goal isn't simply to dispute your credit report.
We want you to understand how to manage the credit profile you are building.
LET’S BUILD WHAT COMES NEXT.
