REGROUP

The REGROUP Plan is TRF's most comprehensive service level. It is designed for clients who want restoration, personalized credit education, and ongoing mentorship while actively working toward larger financial goals.

Whether you're preparing for homeownership, planning a major purchase, working toward stronger financing options, or simply ready to completely change the way you manage credit, REGROUP gives you extended access to personalized guidance as your credit profile develops.

REGROUP includes everything offered in RESTORE and REBUILD, plus additional resources and extended mentorship designed around your individual goals.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

Everything Included in RESTORE + REBUILD
You'll receive your 3-bureau credit analysis, personalized TRF Game Plan, restoration assistance, credit-building strategy, utilization guidance, positive account analysis, progress reviews, and personalized credit education.

6 Months of Personalized Mentorship
You'll receive ongoing TRF guidance for six months as you implement your strategy, monitor changes to your credit profile, and work toward your stated financial goals.

Goal-Specific Credit Strategy
Your plan will be built around where you're trying to go. Instead of simply working toward “better credit,” we'll evaluate your credit decisions in relation to your specific goal.

Monthly Credit Profile Reviews
Your credit profile will be reviewed throughout the program so we can identify changes, evaluate progress, and adjust your strategy when appropriate.

Advanced Utilization & Account Strategy
We'll continue evaluating balances, utilization, existing accounts, and the overall structure of your credit profile as it develops.

Application Guidance
Before applying for new credit, you'll have access to guidance to help you determine whether an application makes sense within your current strategy.

Credit-Building Resources
When appropriate for your individual credit profile, REGROUP includes access to additional credit-building resources selected as part of your personalized strategy.

Up to $450 in Credit-Building Resources
Your REGROUP plan includes up to $450 allocated toward approved third-party credit-building resources, when appropriate for your individual strategy.

These funds are allocated toward eligible third-party resources and are not retained by TRF as a service fee.

The specific resources recommended will depend on your individual credit profile and goals. No particular account, score increase, lender decision, or financial outcome is guaranteed.

Financial Habit Development
Credit is only one part of your financial picture. Throughout the program, we'll also focus on developing habits that support the credit profile you're building, including planning ahead, managing balances, understanding your obligations, and making more intentional financial decisions.

Priority TRF Support
REGROUP clients receive the highest level of ongoing TRF support throughout their six-month mentorship period.

WHO IS REGROUP FOR?

REGROUP is for the client who isn't simply trying to remove negative information or raise a credit score.

You're trying to get somewhere.

You may be preparing for homeownership, positioning yourself for a major purchase, rebuilding after significant financial setbacks, or simply deciding that you're ready to approach your finances differently.

This level is for clients who want someone helping them look at the bigger picture while their credit profile changes.

PLEASE NOTE

Credit results vary by individual. Credit-building resources and recommendations are based on each client's individual profile and may not be appropriate for every client.

TRF does not guarantee the removal of any account, a specific score increase, approval for a mortgage, vehicle, credit card, loan, or other financial product, or any particular financial outcome.

TWO R FINANCIAL (TRF)

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Effective Date: 08/08/2026

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Two R Financial ("TRF") services, website, forms, educational materials, communications, and resources. By accessing TRF services, submitting information, or purchasing an eligible TRF service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. ABOUT TRF

Two R Financial provides credit education, credit report analysis, personalized credit strategies, mentorship, and credit-related resources.

TRF is not a bank, lender, consumer reporting agency, law firm, mortgage company, or financial institution. Information provided by TRF is intended for educational and informational purposes and should not be considered legal, tax, lending, or investment advice.

2. NO GUARANTEED RESULTS

Every credit profile is different.

TRF does not guarantee:

• Removal or modification of any credit-report item
• A specific credit-score increase
• A specific completion timeframe
• Approval for credit, housing, financing, or other financial products
• Specific interest rates or lending terms
• Any particular financial outcome

Results depend on numerous factors outside TRF's control, including information contained in the client's credit reports, creditor and consumer reporting agency responses, the client's financial behavior, and the client's participation in the process.

3. ACCURATE INFORMATION

Clients agree to provide complete, truthful, current, and accurate information.

Requested information and documentation must be provided in a timely manner. Failure to provide necessary information may delay or prevent TRF from completing services.

TRF will not knowingly assist a client in submitting information that is false, misleading, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful.

TRF reserves the right to decline or discontinue services when inaccurate or fraudulent information is provided.

4. CLIENT PARTICIPATION

Credit education and improvement require client participation.

Clients are responsible for monitoring their email, responding to TRF communications, providing requested information or documentation, maintaining their financial obligations, and completing recommended action steps when applicable.

TRF is not responsible for delays resulting from a client's failure to respond or provide requested information.

5. CREDIT BUREAU ACCESS

Certain TRF services require access to information from Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion.

Clients are responsible for establishing and maintaining their own credit bureau accounts and ensuring the information provided to TRF is accurate and current.

Credit Karma and other third-party credit monitoring platforms may not provide the information required by TRF and may not be accepted as substitutes for direct bureau information.

6. COMMUNICATION

Email is TRF's primary method of communication.

Clients are responsible for providing a valid email address and monitoring that account for updates, documents, requests, and other important communications.

TRF may contact clients by telephone when real-time communication is necessary, including situations involving account verification or other time-sensitive matters.

Clients should respond to TRF communications promptly to avoid unnecessary delays.

7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

TRF may provide information about or facilitate access to third-party products, platforms, payment providers, or credit-building resources.

Third-party companies operate independently from TRF and maintain their own eligibility requirements, policies, fees, terms, and privacy practices.

TRF does not guarantee approval for or results from any third-party product or service.

Where a TRF package includes funds allocated toward an eligible third-party resource, applicable terms and limitations will be disclosed as part of the specific service agreement.

8. AFTERPAY, KLARNA & OTHER PAYMENT PROVIDERS

When available, eligible clients may have the option to use third-party payment providers such as Afterpay or Klarna.

Approval, payment schedules, fees, eligibility, and other financing terms are determined solely by the applicable payment provider.

Use of a third-party payment service creates a separate relationship between the client and that provider and remains subject to the provider's terms.

9. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Refund and cancellation rights depend upon the service purchased and applicable federal and state law.

Any service-specific refund, cancellation, or termination provisions will be disclosed in the applicable Client Service Agreement.

Nothing contained in these Terms & Conditions is intended to waive or restrict any cancellation, refund, or other consumer right provided by applicable law.

10. PAYMENT DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS

If you believe a payment was processed incorrectly, please contact TRF promptly so the matter can be reviewed.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, TRF reserves the right to provide the payment processor or financial institution with relevant transaction documentation, including agreements, acknowledgments, communications, invoices, and documentation of services performed.

TRF may suspend services while a payment dispute remains unresolved.

Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from exercising any rights available under applicable law.

11. CREDIT EDUCATION

TRF may provide recommendations regarding credit utilization, payment history, account management, credit-building strategies, inquiries, debt management, and other areas relevant to a client's credit profile.

Recommendations are educational and based on information available at the time of the analysis.

Clients remain responsible for deciding whether to open, close, pay, maintain, or apply for any financial account or product.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

TRF Game Plans, educational materials, templates, strategies, graphics, documents, written content, and other proprietary materials are provided for the individual client's personal use.

TRF materials may not be copied, reproduced, resold, distributed, published, modified for commercial use, or represented as another person's or company's work without written authorization from TRF.

13. PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY

TRF may collect personal and financial information necessary to provide requested services.

TRF will use reasonable measures to protect client information and will use information provided by clients for legitimate business and service-related purposes.

Sensitive information should only be submitted through TRF-approved methods.

Additional information regarding data collection, storage, sharing, and security should be addressed in TRF's separate Privacy Policy.

14. RIGHT TO REFUSE OR TERMINATE SERVICES

TRF reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services when reasonably necessary, including in situations involving:

• Fraudulent or intentionally inaccurate information
• Abusive or threatening behavior
• Misuse of TRF services
• Failure to provide required information
• Material violation of an applicable service agreement
• Requests that would require TRF to participate in unlawful or deceptive activity

Any financial obligations or refund rights following termination will be determined according to the applicable Client Service Agreement and governing law.

15. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

Clients remain responsible for their financial decisions and obligations.

Working with TRF does not relieve a client of responsibility for making required payments, monitoring financial accounts, reviewing correspondence, managing debt, or complying with agreements made with creditors or other third parties.

16. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

TRF may update these Terms & Conditions periodically.

Updates will apply prospectively from their stated effective date. Material changes affecting an existing paid service will not replace the terms of an executed Client Service Agreement unless permitted by that agreement and applicable law.

17. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By submitting information through TRF's website or otherwise agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you acknowledge that you have read and understand them.

Acceptance of these general Terms & Conditions does not replace any separate disclosure, cancellation notice, or Client Service Agreement required for a particular TRF service.
