2. Payment

Payment must be made in full before access to any digital products, memberships or services is granted.

Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Purchasing a product does not entitle you to future discounts, promotional pricing or refunds where prices are later reduced.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

All materials are protected by UK and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

No ownership rights are transferred to the purchaser.

6. Permitted Use

You may:

  • Download your purchased materials.

  • Print copies for your own use.

  • Apply the knowledge within your own business.

  • Use templates for your own personal or business activities where intended.

Nothing within these Terms grants permission to reproduce or commercially exploit the materials themselves.

7. Prohibited Uses

Without prior written permission from Jackie McCue, you may not:

  • Copy any product in whole or in part.

  • Reproduce any content.

  • Share downloads with another person.

  • Upload products to another website, membership or course.

  • Sell or resell any materials.

  • Give away materials as bonuses.

  • Redistribute downloads.

  • Publish the materials online.

  • Remove branding or copyright notices.

  • Edit, rewrite or adapt the materials for resale.

  • Create derivative works from any product.

  • Copy templates for inclusion in your own products.

  • Extract individual pages, prompts, checklists or frameworks for reuse.

  • Incorporate any materials into another course, coaching programme, membership or workshop.

  • Claim any content as your own.

  • Teach, licence or redistribute any part of The UGC Hive™ training.

These restrictions apply whether the material is copied in full, in part, edited, adapted or reworded.

8. Reverse Engineering

You may not analyse, deconstruct, reverse engineer or recreate the structure, methodology, systems, workflows, templates, prompt structures, pricing models or teaching frameworks contained within any The UGC Hive™ product for the purpose of creating competing products or services.

9. Artificial Intelligence (AI)

You may not upload, input, scan or submit any The UGC Hive™ products, templates, prompts, guides, videos, workbooks or training materials into any artificial intelligence platform for the purpose of reproducing, analysing, rewriting, generating derivative works or creating competing products.

This includes, but is not limited to, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity or any similar AI platform.

Limited personal use of AI to assist your own implementation of the purchased material is permitted, provided it does not involve reproducing, redistributing or creating competing products from The UGC Hive™ content.

10. Account Sharing

Products and memberships are licensed to one individual only.

Sharing login details, downloads or access with another person is strictly prohibited.

The UGC Hive™ reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without refund where account sharing is suspected.

11. Educational Content

All products are provided for educational purposes only.

While every effort has been made to provide accurate, practical and up-to-date information, The UGC Hive™ cannot guarantee individual results.

Business success depends upon many factors including your experience, effort, consistency, skills, marketplace conditions and implementation.

No guarantees are made regarding income, business growth, Fiverr success, brand collaborations or future earnings.

12. Product Updates

From time to time we may update our products.

Where updates are included within your purchase, they will be provided at our discretion.

Unless specifically stated, purchasing a product does not include lifetime updates or future versions.

13. Memberships

Where products include membership access, The UGC Hive™ reserves the right to update, improve, remove or replace content where necessary.

Memberships are personal and may not be shared.

Any member who breaches these Terms may have their membership terminated without refund.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jackie McCue trading as The UGC Hive™ shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental loss arising from the use of our products or services.

All products are provided "as is" without warranties other than those required by law.

15. Privacy

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We will never sell your personal information to third parties.

16. Changes to These Terms

The UGC Hive™ reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

The latest version will always be available at the point of purchase.

Continued use of our products constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
