These Terms & Conditions apply to all digital products purchased through ugcsvenia. By purchasing a Product, you agree to the following terms.
1. What you're buying Products are digital and delivered instantly upon purchase. You're purchasing a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the Product for your own individual use.
2. No income guarantee Products share strategies, templates, and insights based on my own personal experience as a UGC creator and coach. Results vary based on effort, market conditions, individual circumstances, and factors outside my control. I do not guarantee any specific income, number of brand deals, or business outcome from using any Product. Nothing in any Product constitutes financial, legal, or tax advice — please consult the appropriate professional for guidance specific to your situation.
3. Refund policy Due to the instant, digital nature of these Products, all sales are generally final once you've accessed the content.
For customers in the EU/EEA and UK: Under EU and UK consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, because Products are delivered instantly as digital content, this right ends once you begin accessing the Product — provided you've given your express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of your withdrawal right at checkout. If you have not yet accessed the Product, you may still be entitled to withdraw within 14 days of purchase — please contact contactugc@sveniajansen.com to request this.
4. Intellectual property All content across these Products — including text, templates, strategies, and design — is my original work and protected by copyright. You may not resell, redistribute, copy, or share any Product, in whole or in part, with anyone who has not purchased it themselves. You may not use this content to create a competing product, coaching offer, or course.
5. Changes to these terms I may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of a Product after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Personal use of templates — applies to: How to Start & Scale UGC in 2026 The email, DM, and negotiation templates included in this guide are provided for your personal use in your own UGC business. You're encouraged to personalize them — you may not resell or redistribute the templates themselves as a standalone product.
