Terms of Service
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING OR BOOKING
These Terms of Service apply to all purchases and bookings made through our Stan Store at stan.store/ukglobaltalentexpert. By ticking the box at checkout and completing your purchase or booking, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to them, please do not complete your purchase.
1. About us
The seller is UKGTEC (UK Global Talent Expert Coaching) Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 17186051, registered office Level 18, 40 Bank Street, London, E14 5NR. Contact: hello@ukglobaltalentexpert.com. Our full Terms of Service are available at ukglobaltalentexpert.com/terms. If there is any difference between the two, the full Terms of Service apply.
2. What we provide
We provide endorsement-stage coaching, portfolio review and portfolio writing support for the UK Global Talent route, together with digital guides and resources. Sessions take place online via Google Meet.
3. Not immigration advice
We are not immigration advisers and are not regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA) or the Solicitors Regulation Authority. We do not provide immigration advice, assess eligibility, or prepare or submit immigration applications. For immigration or legal questions, please consult a qualified immigration lawyer or IAA-regulated adviser.
4. No guarantee of outcome
Endorsement and visa decisions are made solely by independent endorsing bodies and the UK Home Office. We do not guarantee any endorsement or visa outcome. A refusal does not by itself entitle you to a refund.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in GBP and are the total amount payable. We are not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged. Payments are processed by Stan Store and its payment providers.
6. Booking, rescheduling and cancelling calls
You may reschedule or cancel a call free of charge up to two working days before its start time, and choose either a new slot or a full refund. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. To do this, email elizaveta@ukglobaltalentexpert.com with the subject “CALL CANCELLATION – [date and time of your call]”.
If you cancel or reschedule later than two working days before the call, or do not attend, the session is forfeited and no refund is given, except where the law requires otherwise. Arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice counts as a no-show.
Urgent sessions are booked at short notice and cannot be rescheduled or refunded once booked, except where the law requires otherwise.
If we need to reschedule, we will offer you an alternative time or a full refund, at your choice.
7. Your right to cancel
By booking a call, you expressly request that we provide the session within the 14-day cancellation period that applies to online purchases. If you cancel within that period and before the session takes place, section 6 applies. Once the session has taken place, the service has been fully performed and your right to cancel ends.
For digital products, by completing your purchase you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel once the download or access begins.
8. Digital products
Digital products are delivered automatically after payment. If a file is faulty or cannot be accessed, please contact us and we will replace it or refund you. Digital products are licensed to you for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, resold or used commercially.
9. Session recordings
Sessions may be recorded and transcribed only with your verbal consent, given at the start of the session. Recordings are handled in line with our Privacy Policy and deleted after two years.
10. Our liability
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. Our total liability for any purchase is limited to the price you paid for it. We are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
11. Privacy
We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy at ukglobaltalentexpert.com/privacy.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your home nation.
13. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you make a purchase or booking applies to that purchase or booking.
