After booking, we’ll schedule your Reiki session. This is a distance session, not a live call, allowing you to receive Reiki as you move through your day. During that time, you can rest, journal, meditate, or simply go about your day while I work with your energy

Within 48 hours of your session, you’ll receive a personalized written transmission via email: a clear, grounded reflection to help you integrate the experience
