THE SWC AMENDMENT AGREEMENT

THE MASTER RESELLER AGREEMENT IS AMENDED AS FOLLOWS:
This Amended Agreement (the "Agreement") incorporates terms set out in the SWC Master Reseller Agreement, dated June 1, 2024 (available at www.swconfidence.com/legal) and is meant to bind Reseller and its Customers.

WHEREAS, the Reseller has purchased SWC and wishes to resell SWC to its
customers using terms and conditions set out in the SWC Master Reseller Agreement.

NOW, THEREFORE:

  • All references set out in the SWC Master Reseller Agreement are
    hereby replaced with Reseller; and

  • Reseller hereby amends and agrees to the conditions set out in the SWC Master Reseller Agreement in respect of its contractual relationship with its customers.

  • The creators of SWC have the right to deny the sale of its products by any reseller to any end point user (also known as customer) who is not approved by SWC. Violation of this agreement may result in the forfeiture of the resellers licensing rights

This license is what gives you the right to sell access to the Academy and keep all the profit.

IMPORTANT T & C's & Distributions Rights:

  • Inner Bloom must be marketed at a minimum retail price of $222 USD. It CANNOT be offered for FREE. When converting to your local currency use $222 USD into a currency converter to get your minimum retail price.

  • You may not list it in your StanStore or other selling platform for less than $222 USD, or offer a coupon code for people to purchase it for less than $222 USD at checkout. 

  • You may NOT offer a promo in the form of a gift card, cash or other reimbursement method back.

  • You can add your own digital products, 1-on-1 calls as bonuses to show your personal value & personality!

  • You CANNOT offer the product as a FREE bonus to another product you are selling or offer it as a FREE Gift or even Gift it. However, you can offer other bonuses to this product when selling. You can add the product into your product bundle or package and sell for a higher price but Inner Bloom must not be offered for FREE and must equal it's minimum value of $222, example you have a product for $100 & want to add Inner Bloom into the package the minimum retail would be $322.

  • Inner Bloom CANNOT be added to a paid membership site

  • You cannot display, promote, or sell Inner Bloom products on websites designed primarily to earn affiliate commission or use Inner Bloom content or branding in any manner that implies a partnership or endorsement without explicit written consent from Inner Bloom.

  • You CANNOT sell the product on auction sites such as eBay.com

  • You CANNOT use nor sell this product in a dime sale event, under any circumstances at all.

  • You cannot offer Inner Bloom in a raffle or competition, this is only allowed by the creator and will ensure that all can participate and benefit.

  • Videos CANNOT be Modified in ANY WAY or uploaded on other hosts.

  • Discounts can be applied but the price cannot fall below the minimum retail of $222 which means your retail would have to be higher than the price $222.

  • You cannot dismantle and download ANY video or audio content and sell it separately.

  • Content within the platform is not to be shared outside of the platform unless it's ebooks within the content vault.

This helps protect and serve our whole community & keeps value & integrity of the Academy.
