TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Last Updated: August 11, 2026

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE, PURCHASING A PRODUCT, OR ACCESSING ANY COURSE OR DIGITAL MATERIAL.

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the websites, online stores, courses, digital products, educational materials, services, and other offerings operated by Vault of Beauty LLC, doing business as Vault of Beauty(“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing the Site, purchasing a product or service, creating an account, accessing course materials, or otherwise using any Company offering, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, do not use the Site, purchase our products or services, or access our Content.

For purposes of these Terms, the “Site” includes the Company’s Stan storefront located at stan.store/vaultofbeauty, as well as any other websites, landing pages, course portals, checkout pages, or digital platforms through which Vault of Beauty LLC provides its products, services, or Content.

1. OWNERSHIP OF CONTENT AND LIMITED PERSONAL-USE LICENSE

The Site and all content made available through the Company, including but not limited to courses, masterclasses, videos, audio recordings, voiceovers, presentations, slides, workbooks, templates, checklists, worksheets, guides, scripts, training materials, photographs, graphics, logos, branding, text, downloads, documents, educational frameworks, course structures, teaching materials, digital files, and other materials, whether downloadable or non-downloadable, are collectively referred to as the “Content.”

Unless otherwise stated, the Content is owned by or licensed to Vault of Beauty LLC and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, intellectual property, and other laws.

When you purchase a Company product or course, you are purchasing a limited license to access and use the Content for your own individual, personal, educational use only.

Your purchase does not transfer ownership of the Content to you.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and Conditions, Vault of Beauty LLC grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the purchased Content solely for your personal use.

Except where the Company has given you express written authorization, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, display publicly, transmit, distribute, modify, sell, license, sublicense, teach, commercially exploit, or otherwise use the Content for any public or commercial purpose.

2. ONE PURCHASE EQUALS ONE INDIVIDUAL LICENSE

Unless a product specifically states otherwise in writing, each purchase is licensed to one individual purchaser only.

You may not:

  • Share your course username, password, login credentials, access links, or account with another person.

  • Allow a friend, family member, coworker, employee, student, client, business partner, or other third party to access a course through your account.

  • Purchase one course and use the account to train multiple people.

  • Share downloadable course materials with another person who has not purchased the product.

  • Upload course files into a shared drive, membership site, learning platform, workplace system, social-media group, messaging group, or file-sharing service for others to access.

  • Forward purchased digital files to another person.

  • Reproduce course materials for employees, students, classmates, coworkers, clients, or other businesses.

  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent access controls or other technical protections associated with the Site or Content.

If more than one person wants to use a Company course or digital product, each person must purchase their own license unless Vault of Beauty LLC provides written permission for another arrangement.

Unauthorized account sharing or providing access to a non-purchaser may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without refund, subject to applicable law.

3. NO RESALE, REDISTRIBUTION, OR COMMERCIAL EXPLOITATION

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, transfer, reproduce, or commercially exploit any Company Content.

Specifically, you may not:

  • Resell a Vault of Beauty course or digital product.

  • Sell copies of Company workbooks, guides, PDFs, templates, worksheets, scripts, presentations, or downloads.

  • Upload Company Content to another course platform.

  • Include Company Content in a paid membership.

  • Give Company materials away as a free lead magnet.

  • Bundle Company Content with your own product or service.

  • Sell access to your Company account.

  • Transfer your course access to another person.

  • Post purchased materials publicly online.

  • Upload Company Content to document-sharing, file-sharing, or digital-download websites.

  • Redistribute Company Content through email, text messages, social media, private groups, cloud-storage folders, or other platforms.

Purchasing a Company product does not grant you private-label rights, master resale rights, resale rights, redistribution rights, sublicensing rights, teaching rights, or commercial-use rights unless Vault of Beauty LLC expressly grants those rights to you in a separate written agreement.

4. NO COPYING, RECORDING, OR RECREATING COMPANY COURSES

You may not copy, record, reproduce, photograph, screen-record, capture, download where downloading is not expressly permitted, transcribe for redistribution, or otherwise duplicate Company course Content for unauthorized purposes.

You may not use Company Content, whether in whole or in substantial part, to create, market, teach, or sell:

  • A competing online course.

  • A masterclass.

  • A coaching program.

  • A training program.

  • An e-book.

  • A workbook.

  • A presentation.

  • A certification program.

  • A mentorship program.

  • Templates or scripts derived from Company materials.

  • A substantially similar commercial educational product.

You may take reasonable personal notes while completing a program.

However, your personal notes may not be used as a means of reproducing, teaching, selling, or redistributing the Company’s proprietary curriculum or Content.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict any rights that applicable law expressly provides to you.

5. COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All original Company Content is the intellectual property of Vault of Beauty LLC unless otherwise identified.

Copyright notices, trademarks, branding, watermarks, attribution, proprietary notices, and other identifying information contained within Company Content may not be removed, altered, concealed, or modified.

Unauthorized use of Company Content may violate copyright, trademark, contract, and other applicable laws.

Nothing contained on the Site or within a Company product shall be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use Company intellectual property except for the limited personal-use license expressly granted by these Terms.

The Company reserves all rights not expressly granted.

6. TRADEMARKS AND BRANDING

The names, logos, slogans, product names, program names, graphics, branding elements, and other source-identifying materials associated with Vault of Beauty LLC may constitute trademarks, service marks, trade names, or other proprietary intellectual property.

You may not use Company branding in a manner that falsely suggests sponsorship, partnership, affiliation, authorization, endorsement, or ownership.

You may not represent yourself as Vault of Beauty LLC, Christina Laureano, an employee or representative of Vault of Beauty LLC, or an authorized instructor of a Company program unless expressly authorized in writing.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY COMPLAINTS

  • Relevant registration information, if applicable.

  • The specific location of the material at issue.

  • A description of why you believe the use is unauthorized.

  • Any other information reasonably necessary to evaluate your claim.

8. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY

Company courses, masterclasses, digital products, coaching materials, and educational Content are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

The Company does not guarantee:

  • Employment.

  • Interviews.

  • Client acquisition.

  • Revenue.

  • Business growth.

  • Career advancement.

  • Licensing eligibility.

  • Certification.

  • Professional success.

  • Any specific financial or career result.

Individual outcomes vary based on numerous factors, including experience, education, licensing, location, market conditions, effort, implementation, professional judgment, interviewing ability, employer decisions, business conditions, and other circumstances outside the Company’s control.

Nothing within Company Content constitutes a promise or guarantee of a particular result.

9. LICENSING, SCOPE OF PRACTICE, AND PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY

Aesthetics, beauty, laser, electrology, cosmetology, esthetics, medical aesthetics, and related professional requirements vary by jurisdiction.

Company Content does not replace:

  • State licensing requirements.

  • Scope-of-practice laws.

  • Professional regulations.

  • Employer protocols.

  • Medical supervision requirements.

  • Manufacturer training.

  • Device-specific training.

  • Safety training.

  • Legal advice.

  • Medical advice.

  • Professional advice from your applicable licensing authority.

You are responsible for determining what services, procedures, devices, products, techniques, and professional activities you are legally permitted and appropriately trained to perform in your jurisdiction.

You are also responsible for checking current rules with your applicable state board, licensing authority, employer, medical director, supervising professional, manufacturer, or other appropriate authority before performing services.

Company Content should never be interpreted as authorization to perform a procedure outside your legal scope of practice, professional competency, training, or supervision requirements.

10. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

The Company uses reasonable efforts to provide useful and accurate educational information.

However, laws, regulations, technology, industry standards, employment practices, compensation structures, platform features, treatment protocols, manufacturer recommendations, and professional requirements may change.

The Company makes no representation that all Content will remain current, complete, error-free, or applicable to every user, jurisdiction, employer, or professional situation.

You are responsible for verifying information that materially affects your professional, legal, financial, medical, licensing, or business decisions.

11. ACCOUNT SECURITY

If access to a Company product requires an account, password, email address, access link, or other login credentials, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of those credentials.

You agree to notify the Company promptly at vaultofbeautyllc@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization.

The Company may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where it reasonably believes that:

  • Account sharing has occurred.

  • Access credentials have been compromised.

  • Unauthorized redistribution has occurred.

  • These Terms have been violated.

  • Use of the account presents a security or intellectual-property risk.

The Company uses commercially reasonable efforts to protect its systems, but no internet-based or password-protected system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

12. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

By purchasing a Company product, creating an account, or otherwise providing your email address in connection with a transaction, you consent to receiving electronic communications necessary to administer your purchase, including:

  • Purchase confirmations.

  • Receipts.

  • Account-access information.

  • Course-access information.

  • Product updates.

  • Service announcements.

  • Important policy notices.

  • Support communications.

  • Other transactional communications related to products or services you purchased.

Where permitted by law and where you have provided the required consent, the Company may also send marketing or promotional communications.

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe mechanism included in those communications.

Unsubscribing from promotional communications may not prevent the Company from sending transactional or legally required communications relating to your purchases or account.

13. USER FEEDBACK AND SUBMISSIONS

If you voluntarily submit feedback, suggestions, ideas, comments, or recommendations regarding Company products or services, you grant Vault of Beauty LLC a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and incorporate that feedback for legitimate business purposes.

This provision does not automatically grant the Company ownership of photographs, testimonials, before-and-after images, personal stories, or other identifiable content submitted by you where separate permission or consent would reasonably be required.

The Company will obtain appropriate authorization before using identifiable testimonials, images, or similar materials for marketing where required.

14. PRIVACY

The Company handles personal information in accordance with applicable law and any Privacy Policy made available by the Company.

Certain information may also be processed by third-party providers used to operate the Site, process payments, host Content, deliver communications, or provide other services.

Your use of those third-party platforms may also be subject to their respective privacy policies and terms.

Do not submit information through the Site that you are not legally authorized to provide.

15. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Company may use or integrate third-party platforms and service providers, including payment processors, course-hosting services, website providers, email providers, video-conferencing platforms, scheduling systems, and other technology providers.

The Company is not responsible for outages, errors, data loss, interruptions, security incidents, performance failures, policy changes, or other issues caused solely by a third-party provider outside the Company’s reasonable control.

Issues relating directly to a third-party platform may also be governed by that provider’s terms and policies.

16. DIGITAL PRODUCTS, FINAL SALES, AND REFUND POLICY

Because Company courses, downloads, masterclasses, templates, workbooks, and other digital products provide immediate or substantially immediate access to proprietary intellectual property, all digital-product sales are final except where a refund is required by applicable law or where a separate written refund policy expressly provides otherwise.

Please review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

The Company does not provide refunds solely because:

  • You changed your mind.

  • You did not complete the program.

  • You did not use the materials.

  • You no longer need the product.

  • You purchased by mistake after receiving adequate checkout information.

  • You expected a result that was not guaranteed.

  • You did not obtain a job, interview, promotion, client, revenue result, or other desired outcome.

  • You failed to implement the training.

If you experience a legitimate technical problem preventing access to a purchased digital product, contact:

vaultofbeautyllc@gmail.com

The Company will make reasonable efforts to restore access or otherwise resolve legitimate delivery issues.

Nothing in this section eliminates any non-waivable consumer right or remedy provided by applicable law.

17. PRICING AND PAYMENT

You agree to pay all fees associated with products or services you purchase from Vault of Beauty LLC.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and a valid payment method.

Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

The Company does not provide price protection, retroactive discounts, or partial refunds merely because:

  • A product is later discounted.

  • A promotional offer becomes available.

  • The regular price changes after your purchase.

Any payment plan offered by the Company constitutes a commitment to pay the full purchase price according to the stated payment schedule unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed to in writing by Vault of Beauty LLC.

Failure to make required payments may result in suspension or termination of access to the applicable product or service.

18. COACHING CALLS, CONSULTATIONS, OR LIVE SESSIONS

This section applies only if the specific product or service you purchase expressly includes private calls, consultations, coaching sessions, or other individually scheduled appointments.

You are responsible for scheduling included sessions within any applicable program period.

Unless a separate product agreement states otherwise, scheduled calls are non-refundable.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a private call, email:

vaultofbeautyllc@gmail.com

with the subject line:

CALL CANCELLATION – [DATE AND TIME OF CALL]

at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests received less than 48 hours before the appointment may result in forfeiture of the session.

Failure to attend a scheduled session without timely notice may also result in forfeiture of that session.

Emergency or exceptional circumstances may be considered at the Company’s discretion.

19. TESTIMONIALS AND RESULTS

Testimonials, reviews, case studies, examples, student experiences, client experiences, income examples, career outcomes, sales figures, or other results presented by the Company represent individual experiences.

There are no guarantees that you will achieve identical or similar results.

Your outcomes depend on your individual circumstances, actions, experience, market, qualifications, implementation, and other factors outside the Company’s control.

20. NO EARNINGS OR EMPLOYMENT GUARANTEE

Vault of Beauty LLC does not guarantee that use of the Site, courses, products, coaching, strategies, scripts, templates, techniques, or educational materials will result in income, employment, interviews, clients, promotions, sales, business growth, or other financial or professional outcomes.

You are solely responsible for evaluating and acting upon career, financial, employment, and business opportunities.

Your earning potential and career outcomes depend on factors including, but not limited to:

  • Your qualifications.

  • Your license.

  • Your skills.

  • Your experience.

  • Your local market.

  • Employer decisions.

  • Your communication ability.

  • Your performance.

  • Your implementation of the material.

  • Your work ethic.

  • Your professional judgment.

  • Economic and industry conditions.

You assume responsibility for your own career and business decisions.

21. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SITE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES, AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.

VAULT OF BEAUTY LLC MAKES NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES REGARDING THE SITE OR CONTENT, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AVAILABILITY, OR PARTICULAR RESULTS, EXCEPT WHERE SUCH WARRANTIES CANNOT LEGALLY BE DISCLAIMED.

THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • THE SITE WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE.

  • ACCESS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED.

  • EVERY ERROR WILL BE CORRECTED.

  • EVERY PRODUCT WILL MEET EVERY USER’S EXPECTATIONS.

  • USE OF THE CONTENT WILL PRODUCE A PARTICULAR PROFESSIONAL, FINANCIAL, BUSINESS, EDUCATIONAL, OR CAREER RESULT.

SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW CERTAIN WARRANTY LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

22. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VAULT OF BEAUTY LLC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, REPRESENTATIVES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES, OR CONTENT.

THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, CLAIMS RELATING TO LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, LOST DATA, LOST GOODWILL, EMPLOYMENT DECISIONS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTIONS, OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM A PARTICULAR PURCHASE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO VAULT OF BEAUTY LLC FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

23. TERMINATION OF ACCESS

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site or Company Content if it reasonably determines that you have materially violated these Terms.

Grounds may include:

  • Sharing login credentials.

  • Giving another person unauthorized course access.

  • Reselling Content.

  • Redistributing Content.

  • Pirating Company materials.

  • Uploading Company Content elsewhere without authorization.

  • Violating Company intellectual-property rights.

  • Using Content to create unauthorized commercial or competing products.

  • Harassing or threatening the Company, its contractors, students, customers, or community members.

  • Engaging in fraudulent or unlawful conduct relating to Company products or services.

Where permitted by law, access terminated because of a material violation of these Terms may be terminated without refund.

Termination does not eliminate obligations relating to intellectual property, confidentiality, payment obligations, indemnification, limitations of liability, or other provisions that by their nature should survive termination.

24. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vault of Beauty LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, representatives, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from or relating to:

  1. Your material breach of these Terms.

  2. Your unlawful use of the Site or Content.

  3. Your infringement or violation of another person’s rights.

  4. Content or information you unlawfully submit or distribute.

  5. Your unauthorized reproduction, resale, redistribution, or commercial use of Company Content.

  6. Your professional or business activities undertaken independently after accessing Company educational materials.

The Company reserves the right to assume control of the defense of a matter subject to indemnification, in which case you agree to provide reasonable cooperation.

25. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, any legal action or proceeding arising from or relating to these Terms, the Site, or a Company product or service shall be brought in the appropriate state court located in Palm Beach County, Florida, or, where federal jurisdiction exists, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts to the extent legally permissible.

Nothing in this provision eliminates any venue or consumer protection right that applicable law prohibits a party from waiving.

26. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where legally permissible.

If it cannot be made enforceable, it shall be severed.

The remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

27. NO WAIVER

The Company’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms on one occasion does not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.

28. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with any applicable product-specific terms, checkout disclosures, written refund policy, Privacy Policy, payment-plan agreement, coaching agreement, or other written agreement expressly incorporated into a purchase, constitute the agreement between you and Vault of Beauty LLC concerning your use of the Site and purchased products or services.

Where product-specific written terms directly conflict with these general Terms, the more specific terms will control with respect to that particular product or service.

29. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Vault of Beauty LLC may revise these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms will be posted on the Site or at another appropriate location with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Changes will apply prospectively to the extent required by applicable law.

Your continued use of the Site following the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where legally permissible.
