Last Updated: August 12, 2026
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE, PURCHASING A PRODUCT, SUBSCRIBING TO AN EMAIL LIST, OR BOOKING A SERVICE.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website, storefront, digital products, content, coaching and clarity sessions, design consultations, email communications, and other products or services offered by Veronica Edwards, a sole proprietor ("Veronica Edwards," "I," "me," or "my").
By accessing this website or storefront, purchasing a product, booking a service, subscribing to an email list, or otherwise using my content or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website, purchase products, or book services.
1. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products or services from Veronica Edwards.
By making a purchase or booking a service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into this agreement.
2. PRODUCTS & SERVICES
Products and services offered may include, but are not limited to:
Digital books, guides, workbooks, and other downloadable materials
Stop Breaking Your Own Heart and related materials
Private one-on-one coaching, clarity, or personal-development sessions
Virtual design consultations and related design services
Email newsletters, including The Sunday Edit
Educational or personal-development resources
Other digital products, services, or offerings made available from time to time
The availability, pricing, format, and scope of any product or service may be modified or discontinued at any time.
3. PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT & COACHING DISCLAIMER
Private coaching and clarity sessions offered by Veronica Edwards are intended for personal development, reflection, education, perspective, and general coaching support.
Veronica Edwards is not acting as a licensed therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, physician, attorney, financial advisor, or other licensed healthcare or professional-services provider.
Coaching and clarity sessions are not therapy, mental-health treatment, medical care, crisis intervention, legal advice, financial advice, or a substitute for services provided by an appropriately licensed professional.
Information, observations, questions, opinions, suggestions, or guidance shared during a session are provided for personal-development and informational purposes only.
You understand and agree that:
You remain solely responsible for your decisions, actions, relationships, wellbeing, and outcomes.
You are free to accept, reject, or disregard any suggestion or perspective offered during a session.
No particular result, relationship outcome, personal transformation, or other result is promised or guaranteed.
Veronica Edwards cannot know or verify another person's thoughts, feelings, intentions, motivations, or future behavior.
Any discussion of another person's behavior represents perspective or interpretation - not a diagnosis or statement of fact about that individual.
By purchasing and participating in a session, you voluntarily choose to participate and accept responsibility for the choices and actions you take before, during, and after the session.
If you are experiencing a mental-health crisis, believe you may harm yourself or another person, or require medical or psychiatric assistance, this service is not appropriate for those needs. Please seek assistance from an appropriate licensed professional or emergency service.
4. NO GUARANTEES
I want the products and services I provide to be valuable and meaningful. However, individual experiences and outcomes will vary.
I make no representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding any specific outcome resulting from your use of my products, content, coaching, consultations, or other services.
Your results depend on numerous factors outside my control, including your individual circumstances, choices, participation, implementation, relationships, and actions.
Testimonials, reviews, examples, or experiences shared by customers or clients represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as a guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.
5. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All digital products are provided for your personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise expressly stated in writing.
When you purchase a digital product, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use that product.
You may not:
Copy or reproduce a digital product for distribution
Share purchased files with other individuals
Upload products to file-sharing platforms
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute products
Modify and sell the materials as your own
Publish substantial portions of the materials online or elsewhere
Use the materials to create competing commercial products
Remove copyright, authorship, or other proprietary notices
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership or intellectual-property rights to you.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the website, storefront, written content, books, digital products, photographs, graphics, branding, designs, videos, audio, educational materials, downloads, newsletters, and other original materials created by Veronica Edwards are owned by Veronica Edwards or used with appropriate permission.
This includes, where applicable, original content associated with Stop Breaking Your Own Heart, The Sunday Edit, and other Veronica Edwards publications, products, or creative works.
Content may not be reproduced, republished, distributed, sold, commercially exploited, or represented as your own without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Veronica Edwards' intellectual property to you.
7. PAYMENTS
You agree to pay the price displayed at the time of purchase.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and a valid payment method.
Prices may be changed at any time. A later price reduction, sale, promotional offer, or discount does not entitle previous purchasers to a refund or price adjustment.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors. Your use of those services may also be subject to the processor's own terms and policies.
8. DIGITAL PRODUCT REFUND POLICY
Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot practically be "returned," all digital product sales are final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
If you experience a legitimate technical issue that prevents you from accessing a purchased digital product, please contact me so I can make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide a replacement copy.
If I am unable to provide the product you purchased, an appropriate refund may be issued.
9. ONE-ON-ONE SESSION BOOKING, CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
All private sessions must be scheduled through the designated booking system.
Your scheduled appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Please plan to join your session at the scheduled start time.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, you must provide at least 48 hours' notice before the scheduled start time.
With at least 48 hours' notice, you may reschedule your session to another available appointment time.
Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice are non-refundable and may result in forfeiture of the session.
Late Arrivals & No-Shows
A 15-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals.
If you join your session at any time during the 15-minute grace period, the session may proceed; however, it will still end at the originally scheduled end time. Time lost due to your late arrival will not be added to the session, refunded, credited, or applied toward a future appointment.
Once the 15-minute grace period has expired, if you have not joined the session or contacted me regarding a technical issue or emergency, your appointment will automatically be considered a no-show.
For clarity, if your session is scheduled for 2:00 PM, you may join through 2:15 PM and receive the remaining portion of your scheduled session. Beginning after 2:15 PM, if you have neither joined nor contacted me, your appointment will be considered a no-show.
No-shows result in forfeiture of the session. The payment is non-refundable and will not be credited, transferred, or applied toward another appointment. A new session must be purchased if you wish to reschedule.
If you are experiencing an unexpected technical issue or emergency that may prevent you from joining on time, you must contact me before the 15-minute grace period expires. Contacting me does not automatically guarantee that the session will be extended or rescheduled. Any exception to this policy will be determined by me on a case-by-case basis and at my sole discretion.
If I Need to Reschedule
If I must cancel or reschedule your session, you will be offered the opportunity to select another available appointment time.
If a reasonable alternative cannot be arranged, the amount you paid for that session will be refunded.
Purchasing a session does not guarantee availability on any particular date or at any particular time beyond the appointment selected and confirmed through the booking system.
10. SESSION RECORDINGS
Sessions may only be recorded with the knowledge and agreement of both parties.
You may not secretly record, publish, distribute, upload, sell, or publicly share any session or substantial portion of a session without my prior written permission.
If a recording is agreed upon and provided to you, it is for your personal use only unless otherwise agreed in writing.
11. PRIVACY & DISCRETION DURING PRIVATE SESSIONS
I understand that private sessions may involve personal and sensitive conversations, and I will treat information you voluntarily share with reasonable care and discretion.
I will not intentionally use your name, personal story, private messages, screenshots, session recordings, or testimonial for public marketing purposes without your permission.
However, coaching sessions do not create the legally protected confidentiality or privilege that may exist between a patient and licensed healthcare provider or between a client and attorney.
Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, legal process, court order, or other legal obligation.
You are responsible for deciding what personal information, screenshots, communications, documents, or information concerning third parties you choose to share.
12. DESIGN CONSULTATIONS
Design consultations are advisory services intended to provide creative ideas, recommendations, styling guidance, space-planning concepts, product suggestions, or other design-related input as described in the applicable service listing.
Unless expressly included in a separate written agreement, a consultation does not include architectural, engineering, structural, electrical, plumbing, construction-management, code-compliance, permitting, or other licensed professional services.
You are responsible for verifying measurements, product specifications, installation requirements, building requirements, safety considerations, and suitability before purchasing products or making physical modifications to a property.
Product pricing, inventory, dimensions, finishes, shipping times, and availability may change and are controlled by third-party retailers or manufacturers.
Veronica Edwards is not responsible for third-party product defects, shipping delays, contractor workmanship, installation issues, retailer policies, or decisions made by independent vendors.
Additional design services beyond the scope of the purchased consultation may require a separate agreement and additional fees.
13. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & AFFILIATE LINKS
The website or storefront may contain links to third-party websites, retailers, platforms, products, or services, including shopping and affiliate links.
Some links may be affiliate links, meaning I may receive a commission if you make a qualifying purchase through the link, at no additional cost to you.
Affiliate relationships do not change the price you pay unless otherwise stated.
I am not responsible for the availability, content, products, services, policies, security, accuracy, shipping, returns, or performance of third-party websites or businesses.
Purchases made from third parties are governed by the terms and policies of those third parties.
14. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS
When you purchase a product, book a session or consultation, subscribe to The Sunday Edit, join an email list, download a free resource, or otherwise provide your email address to Veronica Edwards, your email address may be added to my customer and/or subscriber database.
Where permitted by applicable law and based on any consent required at the time your information is collected, you may receive marketing and promotional communications from Veronica Edwards. These communications may include The Sunday Edit, personal notes and updates, new products or services, special offers, announcements, recommendations, and other content related to Veronica Edwards and my offerings.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included at the bottom of any marketing email. Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not affect purchases you have already made or services you have already booked.
If you purchase a product or book a service, I may still send you transactional or service-related communications that are reasonably necessary to complete or administer your purchase or appointment. These may include order confirmations, receipts, product-delivery emails, scheduling information, appointment reminders, rescheduling or cancellation notices, follow-up information, and other communications directly related to the product or service you requested.
Transactional or service-related communications are separate from marketing communications and may continue when necessary to fulfill my obligations to you even if you have unsubscribed from promotional emails.
Your email address and personal information will be handled in accordance with my Privacy Policy and applicable law.
15. USER-SUBMITTED MATERIALS
If you voluntarily provide information, questions, written responses, photographs, screenshots, documents, or other materials in connection with a private session or service, you retain ownership of your materials.
Providing those materials gives me permission to review and use them solely as reasonably necessary to provide the product or service you requested.
Your private submissions will not become my property merely because you submitted them.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to share any materials you provide and for considering the privacy of third parties whose information may appear within those materials.
16. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to use the website, storefront, products, or services to:
Violate applicable law
Infringe another person's intellectual-property or privacy rights
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or information
Harass, threaten, impersonate, or unlawfully harm another person
Reproduce or distribute purchased materials without authorization
Record or distribute private sessions without permission
Use the services for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes
I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service when reasonably necessary because of abusive, threatening, harassing, fraudulent, unlawful, or seriously inappropriate conduct.
If service is discontinued because you materially violated these Terms, a refund is not guaranteed except where required by law.
17. WEBSITE & TECHNOLOGY
Reasonable efforts are made to maintain accurate information and reliable access to products and services. However, I cannot guarantee that the website, storefront, booking system, video-conferencing platform, payment processor, email provider, or other technology will always operate without interruption or error.
I am not responsible for outages, interruptions, failures, security incidents, or other problems caused by third-party platforms or service providers outside my reasonable control.
If a technical problem within my reasonable control prevents delivery of something you purchased, I will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue.
18. ASSUMPTION OF RESPONSIBILITY
You understand that information and services offered by Veronica Edwards are intended to support your own reflection and decision-making.
You remain responsible for evaluating information and determining whether and how it applies to your individual circumstances.
Your purchase or participation does not transfer responsibility for your personal, relationship, financial, career, parenting, health, design, purchasing, or other decisions to Veronica Edwards.
19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VERONICA EDWARDS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE, CONTENT, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF VERONICA EDWARDS FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO A PRODUCT OR SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID TO VERONICA EDWARDS FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
20. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Veronica Edwards from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or reasonable legal expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, products, or services; your material violation of these Terms; or your infringement of another person's rights.
This provision does not require you to indemnify Veronica Edwards for conduct for which indemnification cannot lawfully be required.
21. FORCE MAJEURE
I will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances reasonably outside my control, including severe weather, natural disasters, widespread internet or technology outages, government actions, emergencies, or other events that make performance impracticable.
Where appropriate, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule or otherwise fulfill affected paid services.
22. CALIFORNIA AND OTHER STATE-SPECIFIC CONSUMER RIGHTS
These Terms are intended to apply to customers throughout the United States. Certain states, including California, may provide consumers with rights or protections that cannot be waived or limited by contract.
If you are a resident of California or another jurisdiction that provides mandatory consumer protections, nothing in these Terms is intended to waive, restrict, or eliminate any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law.
To the extent that any provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory consumer-protection law applicable to you, the applicable law will control solely to the extent of that conflict, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights available to California consumers under applicable California consumer-protection laws.
23. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, the website, products, or services offered by Veronica Edwards will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts located in Texas.
Nothing in this Governing Law provision is intended to deprive a consumer of any mandatory rights or protections provided by the laws of the consumer's state or jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be waived by contract.
24. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
25. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
These Terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to products, services, business practices, technology, or applicable requirements.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will indicate when the Terms were most recently revised.
Your continued use of the website or services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The version of the Terms in effect when you complete a particular purchase will govern that transaction unless otherwise required by law.
26. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with any applicable product description, checkout terms, refund or cancellation policy, privacy policy, and any separate written agreement applicable to a particular service, constitute the agreement between you and Veronica Edwards concerning your use of the applicable products and services.
If a separately signed agreement expressly conflicts with these Terms regarding a particular service, the separately signed agreement will control for that service.
