Looking to buy a property? Free 15 min intro call

For new clients, I offer a free 15-minute call to talk through what you're looking for and help connect you with the right real estate agent.

This is especially helpful if you're buying a primary home, second home, fixer-upper or investment property, especially if you're early in the process and haven't committed to an agent yet.

We'll talk about where you're looking, your budget, the type of property you want, your renovation appetite and your goals - rental, resale, equity building or otherwise. From there, I can introduce you to an agent I know and trust who I think is a strong fit. If I don't personally know the right person in your market, I'll use my broader network to find and vet someone for you.

I regularly make introductions in the Hamptons, North Fork, Berkshires, Connecticut, Westchester, California, Florida and beyond.

If you're ultimately interested in working with me on a renovation, this is also my preferred place to start. I’d much rather be involved while you're looking at properties so we can think about renovation potential before you buy.

I can also help with agent referrals for selling or renting.

Other topics the call may be used for include:

  • Where you are in your home ownership or renovation journey

  • Local agents, vendors, or other personal recommendations I think can help you

  • Whether my consulting services could be a fit for what you're trying to accomplish, and what that could look like

Disclosure: Since I’m a licensed real estate agent, I may receive a referral fee if you choose to work with an agent I introduce. There’s no cost for the call and no obligation to work with anyone I recommend.
