This Refund Policy applies to all products, programs, services, digital downloads, trainings, community access, memberships, coaching programs, and affiliate-related purchases offered by Gabby Garcia LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of New Jersey, doing business as “Viral Clubhouse” (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
“Viral Clubhouse” is a brand name and trade name used for marketing purposes and does not constitute a separate legal entity.
By purchasing any product or service from the Company, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Refund Policy.
Unfair Advantage 60-Day Guarantee
How it works:
Post 30 TikTok videos using our system within 60 days.
If none of them reach 100,000 or more views, we keep coaching you at no additional cost until one does.
IMPORTANT: To qualify for the guarantee you MUST follow the frameworks taught inside Growth House.
Specifically, this means posting (at least) 30 videos following the Growth House system, and NOT posting 30 random videos.
We do not offer:
Refunds
Exchanges
Transfers
Credits
Cancellations
Access to any portion of a program, community, live call, replay, downloadable material, or digital resource constitutes full delivery of the purchased services.
Results are not guaranteed and depend on individual effort, implementation, and external factors beyond our control.
Payment Plans
If you select a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments.
Failure to complete payments does not cancel your financial obligation and does not constitute a valid basis for a refund.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By completing your purchase, you agree to contact us at support@viralclubhouse.com before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.
If a chargeback or dispute is initiated after access has been provided, we reserve the right to:
Revoke access to all products and services
Provide documentation of this Refund Policy, the Terms & Conditions, policy acceptance, access logs, and communications to the payment processor or financial institution.
Restrict future purchases
The Company takes fraudulent chargebacks seriously and will respond with full documentation and enforcement of its rights.
