Terms and Conditions – Wedding Digital Products
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING OR USING OUR DIGITAL PRODUCTS.
By purchasing or accessing our digital products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use our products.
1. Ownership & Usage License
All digital products, guides, templates, calculators, checklists, or any other material (the “Content”) are created and owned by Bubble Events FZE (Wedding Bubble).
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Content for your own wedding or personal event planning.
You may not share, resell, reproduce, or distribute the Content in any form, whether free or paid, without prior written permission.
Any unauthorized use of the Content will be considered a breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.
2. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Content remain the exclusive property of Bubble Events FZE.
All trademarks, branding, graphics, photos, and text are protected by copyright law.
You may not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
3. Payments & Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a product has been purchased.
Prices are subject to change at any time. If a price is reduced after your purchase, you are not entitled to a partial refund.
If technical issues prevent delivery of your purchase, please contact us at hello@weddingbubble.io and we will either resend the product or provide an alternative solution.
4. Calls or Consultations (if included in your purchase)
If your digital product includes a call with our team, you are responsible for scheduling it.
Calls are non-refundable.
To reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance by emailing hello@weddingbubble.io with the subject line “CALL RESCHEDULE”.
Missed calls or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will be forfeited.
5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Our digital products are provided “as is”, for informational and educational purposes only. They are designed to assist with wedding and event planning but do not guarantee specific results.
Bubble Events FZE makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the Content for your particular needs.
We are not responsible for:
Any errors or omissions in the Content
Any third-party services, venues, or vendors mentioned in the Content
Any financial, personal, or emotional outcomes related to the use of our products
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bubble Events FZE shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bubble Events FZE, its owners, employees, and contractors, from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from your use of our Content.
7. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information you provide will only be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
9. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Please review them periodically to stay informed. Your continued use of our products constitutes acceptance of any changes.
