The Workday Rhythm Reset: A Free Feng Shui Guide

Six Small Feng Shui Moves for the Office Desk or the Kitchen Table, to Help Your Body FInd a Steady Rhythm.

If work has been wearing you out, this guide offers a gentle place to reset. The Workday Rhythm Reset is a short, illustrated Feng Shui guide with six small daily moves that may help you set the tone in the morning, keep a steady rhythm through the afternoon, and close the day with purpose, the way they've helped me.

I created it over time from my own routine, after 25 years in corporate creative work and 7 years running my own interior design studio. Every move comes in an office version and a kitchen table version, so it works in a cubicle, a home office, or a corner of the dining room.

Inside, you'll find simple practices like stepping into the morning light, clearing your desk, finding your command position, setting an intention, pausing in the afternoon, and ending your day with a quiet ritual. There's nothing to buy and no app to download.

This guide shares what has worked for me. It isn't medical advice, and I can't promise it will work for everyone. But it's small enough to try, and I hope it feels like a welcome pause.

Who it's for: Creative professionals, whether you work inside a company culture or run your own small business, who are still getting everything done and feeling a little more worn out each week with no end in sight.

What's included: A simple 2 page PDF with 6 daily actions with an office version and a kitchen table version of each move listed.
