5. NO EARNINGS GUARANTEES

The company makes no warranties or representations regarding your potential earnings or business results. your success is entirely dependent on your own efforts, execution, product, market, finances, knowledge, and skills. since these factors differ among all individuals, the company cannot and does not guarantee any specific outcome, income level, or result.

6. NO REFUND POLICY

Due to the digital nature of our products and services, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds will be issued once a purchase is completed. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

The only exception is if a product becomes technically unavailable prior to your access, in which case your sole remedy is either a replacement or a full refund, at the Company's discretion.

7. CALLS & COACHING SESSIONS

If your purchase includes scheduled calls or coaching sessions with the Company, you are responsible for booking those sessions in a timely manner. All bookings are non-refundable.

If you need to cancel a call, you must email support@willharriscreates.com with the subject line "CALL CANCELLATION - [date & time of your call]" no less than 48 hours before the scheduled session. Failure to show up or reschedule within 48 hours will result in forfeiture of that session.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Will Harris Creates llc shall not be liable under any circumstances for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the site or its content. all content is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

The company shall not be responsible for any performance or service issues caused by third-party platforms (including but not limited to stripe, stan, or your web service provider). any such issues shall be governed solely by the agreement between you and that provider.

9. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

The Company reserves the right to limit your access, suspend your account, or terminate your membership at its sole discretion if it determines you have violated these Terms of Use or any other Company policy.

10. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Will Harris Creates LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liabilities, claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your breach of this Agreement; (ii) any violation of law or third-party rights; (iii) any content you post or share through our platforms; or (iv) your conduct in connection with the Company's services.

11. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in Fulton County, Georgia.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12. CHANGES TO TERMS
