The Writer's Remedy
60 Minutes · Private · One to One

For the woman who keeps sitting down to write — and keeps getting up again.

You know the story is there. You can feel it. But something stops you every time you try to reach it — a heaviness, a fear, a voice that says not yet, or not you, or not this.

That something has a name. And it has a remedy.

Dr. Edward Bach developed his system of 38 flower remedies to address the emotional states that prevent the self from healing. In The Writer's Remedy, his system is brought together with the philosophy of Hélène Cixous and the practice of gentle hypnotherapy — to identify precisely what is keeping you from your most important creative work, and to begin to move it.

Before the session you will complete The Remedy Portrait — a specially designed Bach Flower quiz adapted for women writers working with wound-based material. Your responses reveal the emotional pattern that is keeping you from your most important story.

In the session we explore your Remedy Portrait together — identifying the specific emotional states present in your creative block and the Bach remedies that speak directly to them.

The session closes with a fifteen-minute hypnotherapy practice to help your body receive and integrate the remedies at a felt, embodied level.

Within twenty-four hours of our session you will receive a personal letter and intuitive reading — drawing on your Remedy Portrait and seven years of intuitive practice — that names what the flowers revealed, what your story is ready to become, and three writing prompts drawn directly from your results.

You will leave with something that may surprise you — a sense of genuine permission to begin again.
