1. Services & Products
The Company provides educational resources, digital products, memberships, coaching, mentorship, courses, trainings, workshops, events and other related services. All content is provided for educational, informational, and personal development purposes only.
2. Payments
All payments must be made in full or according to the selected payment plan at the time of purchase.
By purchasing any product or service, you authorize the Company to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees.
Failure to complete payment plan obligations may result in suspension or removal of access to products, memberships, courses, programs, events, or services.
3. No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of many of our products and the immediate access provided to resources, all sales are final.
All purchases, including but not limited to digital products, memberships, coaching, mentorship programs, courses, workshops, academy access, event registrations, deposits, and service fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund for any reason, including but not limited to:
Change of mind
Scheduling conflicts
Failure to attend or participate
Lack of results
Personal circumstances
Dissatisfaction with content provided
Failure to utilize purchased resources
4. Memberships & Subscriptions
Memberships operate on a recurring billing basis unless canceled by the member.
It is the member's responsibility to cancel their subscription before the next billing cycle. No partial refunds or credits will be issued for unused membership periods.
Upon cancellation, access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
5. Coaching, Mentorship & Educational Services
The Company does not guarantee specific financial, business, personal, professional, spiritual, emotional, or other results.
Client success depends on many factors, including individual effort, implementation, consistency, circumstances, and personal responsibility.
All services are intended to provide guidance, education, support, and strategy, not guaranteed outcomes.
6. Retreats, Events & Live Experiences
Deposits for retreats, events, and live experiences are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
Failure to attend does not qualify for a refund, credit, or transfer.
The Company reserves the right to modify schedules, speakers, venues, activities, or event details when necessary.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by the Company, including but not limited to videos, trainings, presentations, worksheets, guides, workbooks, downloads, branding, graphics, frameworks, strategies, written content, and educational materials remain the sole property of the Company.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, shared, recorded, or republished without prior written consent.
8. Community Standards
The Company reserves the right to remove any participant, member, client, or attendee from any program, community, membership, event, or service if their behavior is determined to be disruptive, harmful, abusive, inappropriate, dishonest, or contrary to the values of the community.
Removal from a program or community does not entitle the participant to a refund.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, personal, financial, business, emotional, or other damages arising from participation in any product, service, membership, coaching program, event, retreat, or educational offering.
Participation is voluntary and at the sole discretion and responsibility of the participant.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
Any disputes arising under these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate courts located within the State of Texas.
11. Agreement
By checking the agreement box, purchasing a product or service, enrolling in a program, joining a membership, registering for an event, or otherwise participating in any offering provided by the Company, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
