1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome, and thank you for choosing to work with Your Cosmic Doula ("we," "us," "our," or "Company"), a sole proprietorship operating in the State of Idaho. By purchasing any product, service, session, course, or digital download ("Services") through our Stan Store, website, or affiliated platforms, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to the following Terms of Service ("Terms").
Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not purchase or use any of our Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase any Services from Your Cosmic Doula. By making a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
3. Services Offered
Your Cosmic Doula offers the following Services, which may include but are not limited to:
30-minute live intuitive readings
60-minute live intuitive readings
Digital downloads (including but not limited to workbooks, guides, printables, and reference materials)
Online courses (live and pre-recorded)
Coaching packages
Service descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at our discretion.
4. Payment and Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are charged at the time of purchase through our payment processor (Stan Store and/or its partners). By completing a purchase, you authorize the full charge of the listed price, including any applicable taxes or fees.
All payments must be made in full before Services are rendered, accessed, or delivered.
5. Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY DIGITAL PRODUCTS, SERVICES, SESSIONS, COURSES, OR COACHING PACKAGES.
This includes, without limitation:
Live readings (whether attended or not)
Pre-recorded content and digital downloads
Online courses (in progress or unstarted)
Coaching packages (regardless of sessions used)
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
Exception: Refunds may be offered at the Client's request only in the event that Your Cosmic Doula cancels a scheduled live session and is unable to reschedule to a time mutually agreed upon (see Section 6).
6. Scheduling, Rescheduling, and Cancellation Policy
6.1 Booking
Live sessions (readings and coaching calls) must be scheduled through the booking system linked to your purchase. It is your responsibility to book your session in a timely manner. Unused sessions do not expire automatically but are subject to our discretion and scheduling availability.
6.2 Rescheduling by Client
Clients may reschedule a live session one (1) time at no additional charge, provided that any amount of advance notice is given before the scheduled session start time. Notice may be given via email at contact@yourcosmicdoula.com or through the booking system.
Additional reschedules beyond the first are not guaranteed and may result in forfeiture of the session at our discretion.
6.3 No-Show Policy
If a Client fails to attend a scheduled live session without providing advance notice of any kind, the session is forfeited. No refund, credit, or reschedule will be issued.
6.4 Cancellation by Your Cosmic Doula
In the event that Your Cosmic Doula must cancel a scheduled session, the Client will be offered the choice of:
(a) Rescheduling the session to a mutually agreed-upon time at no additional charge, or
(b) A full refund of the canceled session.
7. Client Responsibilities
As a Client, you agree to:
Provide accurate contact and payment information at the time of purchase
Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled sessions
Treat Your Cosmic Doula and any associated staff, contractors, or participants with respect
Use Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only (see Section 10 regarding Intellectual Property)
Take full responsibility for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes following any session, reading, course, or coaching engagement
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a session, course enrollment, or coaching relationship at any time if a Client engages in abusive, harassing, or disruptive behavior. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
8. Disclaimers
8.1 Not a Substitute for Professional Advice
Your Cosmic Doula is not a licensed medical provider, mental health professional, therapist, counselor, attorney, financial advisor, or tax professional. Our Services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or tax advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
If you are experiencing a medical, mental health, legal, or financial issue, you should consult a qualified licensed professional. Never disregard, avoid, or delay seeking professional advice because of something shared during a reading, coaching session, course, or any other Service.
8.2 Nature of Intuitive Readings
Intuitive readings are offered as a form of guidance and personal reflection. Information shared during a reading is based on intuitive impression and is provided for entertainment, reflection, and personal insight purposes only. Readings are not guaranteed to predict future events and should not be relied upon as fact.
You are solely responsible for any decisions you make following a reading or session.
8.3 Crisis Situations
Your Cosmic Doula is not a crisis service. If you or someone you know is experiencing a mental health crisis, in immediate danger, or having thoughts of self-harm or suicide, please contact emergency services (911 in the U.S.) or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline immediately.
8.4 Results and Outcomes
While we strive to provide meaningful, high-quality Services, we make no guarantees about specific outcomes, results, or life changes resulting from any Service. Your results depend on your own efforts, circumstances, and many factors outside our control.
9. Recording and Sharing of Sessions
9.1 Recording by Your Cosmic Doula

Live sessions may be recorded by Your Cosmic Doula for the purpose of providing a copy of the session to the Client. Recordings, when provided, are for the Client's personal use only.
9.2 Recording by Client
Clients may not record, screenshot, transcribe, or otherwise capture any portion of a live session, course, or coaching engagement without express written permission from Your Cosmic Doula.
9.3 Sharing
Clients may not publicly share, post, distribute, or resell any recording, screenshot, transcript, or portion of any Service — including readings, courses, coaching sessions, or digital materials — without express written permission.
10. Intellectual Property
All content created, provided, or delivered by Your Cosmic Doula — including but not limited to written materials, digital downloads, courses, recordings, worksheets, branding, images, and the contents of live sessions — is the exclusive intellectual property of Your Cosmic Doula and is protected by U.S. copyright law.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use purchased materials for your own personal, non-commercial use.
You may not:
Reproduce, resell, redistribute, or publish any of our content
Use our content to create competing products or services
Share login credentials or course access with others
Remove copyright, trademark, or attribution notices
Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may be subject to legal action.
11. Confidentiality
We treat all Client sessions and communications as confidential. We will not share identifying information about you or the content of your sessions with third parties except:
You also agree to keep confidential any personal information shared by other participants in group settings (such as group coaching calls or courses).
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Your Cosmic Doula, its owner, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Services, including but not limited to:
Decisions or actions you take following a reading, session, or course
Emotional, psychological, financial, physical, or relational outcomes
Technical issues, interruptions, or delivery delays
Any reliance on information provided during a Service
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Your Cosmic Doula, its owner, and any affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Idaho, unless otherwise required by Section 15.
15. Dispute Resolution

15.1 Informal Resolution
Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at contact@yourcosmicdoula.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve disputes promptly.
15.2 Binding Arbitration
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and Your Cosmic Doula agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in the State of Idaho, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
15.3 Class Action Waiver
You and Your Cosmic Doula agree that any dispute shall be brought in an individual capacity only, and not as part of a class, collective, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit.
16. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our Stan Store and/or website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Your Cosmic Doula regarding your use of our Services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

By purchasing any Service from Your Cosmic Doula, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
