If you've been giving your energy to everything and everyone, and have been feeling stagnate this session may be for you. The focus is to spend some time connecting inward through guided exercises and deep energy work. These healing sessions have been successful for people experiencing physical ailments, anxiety and depression. They also provide deep insight and clarity for anybody experiencing a lack of purpose.
We are living through many changes in our society and it’s difficult to maintain balance and a healthy state consistently. Our environment will continue changing and accelerating no matter what. The way we protect and regulate our energy is essential in the face of all the changes we will continue to face. The energy sessions and tools I offer have helped me through my own battles with trauma and depression. For many years traditional therapy was not enough for me and I always felt that there was something missing. We are spiritual and energetic beings. Therapy should incorporate all of these aspects. Through the years, I learned various energy practices that allowed me to see the blockages and connect deeper. These practices provided clarity and it’s so beautiful!!!
