Each evening, one prompt arrives. The answer goes on one index card, then into a chosen container. That is the whole of the nightly practice: a few minutes, a few lines, and never a blank page.

Across a year, the cards become an archive of one’s own attention:

Return nights show how far one’s thinking has moved.
Each month closes with a shared leaf the whole cohort answers.
At the year’s end, a single account gathers what the year held.

Cohort One begins together on January 1, 2027. Enrollment opens on 11/11, the midpoint of 100 Gleanings, and closes when the year begins. The Priority List hears first, and receives the Incipit, a first card to answer tonight.
