Zuri is certified in brain health coaching, Neurolinguistic Programming, Reiki, and somatic healing, giving her the ability to translate intuitive insight into nervous-system safety, grounded leadership, and practical decision-making.

Each week, the group gathers live for a 90-minute session where Zuri:

  • works directly with participants through live hot seats

You don’t need to perform.

Terms and Conditions

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING

This Coaching Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Tripe E. Consulting LLC (“Coach”) and the undersigned client (“Client”).

By enrolling in coaching services, Client agrees to the following terms:

1. Scope of Coaching

Coaching services are designed to support personal and professional growth through insight, reflection, embodiment practices, and strategic guidance. Coaching is not therapy, consulting, or a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

Client understands that results are not guaranteed and are dependent on Client’s participation, responsibility, and follow-through.

2. Self-Leadership & Responsibility

Client agrees that they are fully responsible for:

  • Their decisions, actions, and results

  • Their emotional regulation and nervous system care

  • Their implementation of insights and practices

Coach does not rescue, fix, or manage Client’s outcomes.

3. Session Readiness & Regulation

Client agrees to arrive at sessions as regulated and present as reasonably possible.

If regulation is needed at the start of a session, the first 10 minutes of the scheduled session may be used for grounding and nervous system regulation, which is included in session time.

Coach reserves the right to redirect sessions toward regulation if Client arrives dysregulated or emotionally activated.

4. Payment, No Refunds & No Chargebacks

All payments made to Coach are non-refundable, including payments made upfront or via payment plan.

Client understands and agrees that:

  • No refunds will be issued for unused sessions, partial participation, or early termination

  • Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes constitutes a breach of this Agreement

  • Coach reserves the right to immediately terminate services if a chargeback is initiated.

5. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

All materials, frameworks, language, processes, meditations, teachings, and content shared by Coach — whether written, verbal, recorded, or experiential — are proprietary intellectual property of the Coach.

Client is granted a limited, non-transferable, non-commercial license for personal use only. Client agrees not to:

  • Teach, reproduce, repackage, or commercially use Coach’s frameworks or language

  • Create or promote substantially similar offerings

  • Present the Coach’s work as their own

This applies during the term of coaching and thereafter.

6. Originality & Non-Mimicry Clause

Client agrees to bring their own voice, lived embodiment, and originality into their work. Client agrees not to:

  • Mimic or replicate Coach’s proprietary identity, embodiment, nervous system, or leadership frameworks

  • Use the Coach’s name, language, or methodologies to promote their own offers without written consent

Inspiration is permitted; replication is not.

8. Breach & Termination

Coach reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

  • Pause or terminate services

  • Adjust access to calls, materials, or the community

  • End the coaching relationship

…if Client breaches this Agreement or violates the stated standards.

In the event of termination:

  • All payments remain non-refundable

  • No additional services are owed

9. Confidentiality

Client agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding:

  • Other clients

  • Private sessions

  • Group discussions

  • Proprietary materials

    Screenshots, recordings, or sharing of private content without consent is prohibited.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State in which the Coach conducts business. Coach works in the greater US, but the LLC was formed in Wyoming.

11. Acknowledgment & Agreement

By enrolling, purchasing, or participating in coaching services, Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

This coaching container is designed for self-led, embodied leaders who are ready to complete, integrate, and rise.

Participation is a choice.

Alignment is the responsibility of the Client.
