Last February, we changed five Creators’ lives—and now, we’re doing it again. We’re back with the Dare to Dream challenge, giving one Creator the chance to win $100,000 to pursue their dream, along with structured support to help them build their business. 

And this year, we’re going even bigger. Five runner-up winners will also receive $10,000 and a free year of Stan Pro to fuel their Creator journey.

For decades, the American Dream was defined by stability: a steady job, a home, and a linear path to success. But today, economic survival comes from adaptability and knowing how to build something of your own. 

Yet for most Creators, the biggest obstacle standing in their way isn’t talent or motivation—it’s access to time, money, mentorship, and community. We want to make entrepreneurship possible for those who have the skills and ideas, but not the financial buffer to take the leap.

With The Right Support, Anything Is Possible

Last year, our team couldn’t shake the feeling that Creators were struggling. Not because they lacked the passion or creative genius to succeed, but because the economic realities they were facing left them with limited time and resources to devote to their craft.

As a Creator-first company, we knew we needed to do something. But what would truly make a difference? 

We kept coming back to the same core needs: financial resources. Structured support. A real community behind you.

And so Dare to Dream was born.

Over the next month, thousands of Creators from around the world shared their dreams with us. We watched every single submission, and the stories were more powerful than we ever could have imagined.

At the end of the campaign, we showed up at Joel Roache’s house to surprise him with the grand prize: a full year’s salary. Joel used his winnings to continue his mission through Creative Minds—a Christian-led community hosting in-person creative retreats to combat loneliness among online Creators.

And four more Creators received $10,000 and support to keep going when they needed it most:

• Marissa Ramos, a speech-language pathologist and Founder of Rise and Shine Therapies, helps parents teach toddlers to talk and sign through play. Dare to Dream helped her keep building her business when funds were running low.
  
• BC Serna, a filmmaker and men’s coach who has spent the last 18 years traveling to 80+ countries telling stories of hope, purpose, and humanitarian impact. He used his prize to offer scholarships so more people worldwide could join his programs.
  
• Cait Lam, a New York–based sketch artist, brand designer, and Creator, used the funds to cover rent, giving her breathing room to continue creating and charging accessible rates.
  
• Chelsea Eckler, a birth doula and founder of Olive Branch Doula Services, gained the relief and stability she needed to continue her purpose-driven work without returning to bartending or stepping away from her mission.
