ADHD Productivity Tracker (Free Version)

ADHD Productivity Tracker (Free Version)

Built for ADHD brains that need two things to actually get things done: the stakes of every decision, and a dopamine hit when you make a good one.

Every activity you log in the tracker gets a score in parentheses next to it from a scale of -5 to 5 based on how good/bad it was for you and how good/bad it made you feel— got ready (2), doomscrolled for 10 minutes (-5). The spreadsheet adds them all up automatically and gives you a total score and a percentage for the day based on the maximum points you could have earned.

Includes:

  • Activity tracker with auto-calculated score and percentage

  • Cells that automatically change color based on score being negative or positive

  • Blue or red/green theme for cell colors

  • Daily objectives

  • Lesson learned

  • Favorite things

  • Regrets

Free. Just enter your email to download!

To access your tracker:

Click the link below to open the Google Sheet, then go to File > Make a Copy to save your own editable version to your Google Drive.

(P.S. I've also created an updated/improved version of this. It has:

Extra trackers to help ADHD people stay on track like:

  • Time Focused

  • Time Wasted

  • Moments of Growth

  • Distractions

  • Hours of Sleep

And a weekly summary that averages all your stats automatically so that you can get a clearer view of your patterns! It's what I personally use now.
