TL;DR
Alycia Sullivan was a stay-at-home mom making lifestyle content for fun when she discovered TikTok Shop. After earning $20K from one video, she began studying why people buy—teaching others how to sell on TikTok Shop, too. Today, she’s earned millions in commissions, $1 million in Stan Store sales, and was named Creator Coach of the Year.
Alycia Sullivan is a Creator, coach, agency owner, and tech founder who teaches people how to understand buying behavior. In the last few years, she’s become one of the most recognized voices on TikTok Shop, helping thousands of Creators earn on the platform while making millions from it herself.
Her work has earned her the title of Creator Coach of the Year. And it ignited a whole new online business, bringing in over $1 million in Stan Store sales across her digital offers.
Now, Alycia’s sharing how she got started, turned TikTok Shop into a million-dollar business on Stan Store, and what she’s building next.

From a $20K Video to Million Dollar Milestones
Alycia never set out to be an entrepreneur. She was a stay-at-home mom who loved creating lifestyle content and simply followed her curiosity. When TikTok Shop launched, Alycia had already built a following and was earning through LTK and Amazon affiliates—making great money doing it.
She knew a ton about affiliate marketing, but TikTok Shop behaved differently. Four months into experimenting with it, one video made her $20K in commissions.
Alycia poured herself into studying TikTok Shop—breaking down the messaging, timing, data, and consumer behavior, looking for patterns she could repeat. She didn’t wait until she had it figured out to start talking about it. Instead, she documented what she was testing in real time, telling others about the opportunity and the strategies that worked for her.
“The more I learned, the more I shared. The more I shared, the more I watched other people apply it and get results, too,” Alycia explains.

Eventually, people started asking for more help. So she set up a Stan Store and began selling profile audits for $60.
That first offer has since grown into a coaching program, a community called The Collective, an agency, and Creator HQ—the software she’s building now.
Along the way, Alycia has earned millions in TikTok Shop commissions, become one of QVC’s top sellers, and passed $1 million in Stan Store sales.
Now she’s working on the same problem she started with: understanding what makes people buy, and sharing those insights with other Creators at scale.
Q&A with Alycia Sullivan
In this Q&A, Alycia shares the story behind her success, her biggest wins, and what she’s working on next.
What inspired you to start posting content in the first place?
It started as a hobby. I was creating lifestyle content, went viral a few times, and became fascinated with figuring out how to replicate it. Eventually, I was consistently going viral, grew my audience to over half a million followers and 28 million likes, and was having so much fun with it.
Then one day, I discovered affiliate marketing. I could make two viral videos—one would convert like crazy, and the other wouldn’t sell anything. That fascinated me. I knew there were patterns there, and I knew I had it in me to figure them out.
So I hyper-fixated. I studied the videos, the consumers, messaging, psychology, and data. I started recognizing patterns across affiliate content and understanding not only why people buy, but when they buy—how seasons, life moments, and timing can completely change the way someone responds to a product or message.
Eventually, I made over $1 million in commission in a single year from TikTok Shop, had multiple $100K+ months, and became one of QVC’s top sellers. I knew what I was experiencing wasn’t luck—I had figured out how to recognize patterns, and I couldn’t keep what I was learning to myself.
So I started sharing my journey and teaching what I was seeing. Then I watched those same principles start working for other Creators, too. That was the moment I realized this was going to become so much bigger than my own content.
Once you were ready to start selling, what made you choose Stan Store?
I had already been teaching and sharing what I was learning for free for a while. I was going live, making videos, answering questions, and genuinely just trying to help other Creators understand the opportunity I was seeing with TikTok Shop.
When people started asking me for more personalized help, Stan was the first platform I used to turn that knowledge into a business. I sold my audits through it, hosted my first course there, and eventually even launched my first community.
At the time, I didn’t think I was building some huge company. I was simply responding to what people were asking me for and finding a way to help more people.
What’s been your biggest win so far?
My biggest win has been watching something I believed in long before everyone else could see it become undeniable.
When I first started teaching, it was small. I shared what I knew, built courses, taught Creators, and figured out the business as I went. And anytime you build something publicly, there are going to be people who question it, doubt you, or throw a little shade your way.
I learned pretty early that you can spend your energy trying to explain your vision to people who don’t see it yet, or you can put that energy into building it. I chose to build.
And eventually, the fruit became louder than anything I could have said in my own defense. So when I think about my biggest win, it isn’t one launch or one revenue number. It’s becoming proof of something I believed in before I had the receipts to prove it.
Which of your offers has been the most fulfilling?
The Collective has absolutely been the most fulfilling offer I’ve created. What makes it so special isn’t just what we’ve built—it’s who has grown with me while I’ve been building it.
There are Creators I’ve coached for years who are still by my side today. They believed in what I was teaching when it was smaller, continued investing in themselves as I grew, and trusted that what I was building was worth being part of.
There’s a different kind of fulfillment that comes from realizing the people you poured into along the way didn’t just watch you grow—they grew with you. The Collective is really the culmination of that. And I think that’s why it means so much more to me than simply calling it an “offer.” It feels like something we built together.
What’s next for you and your brand?
I’m probably more excited about what’s next than anything I’ve built so far.
After years of coaching Creators, I started realizing how much of what I do every day happens almost automatically in my brain. I’m constantly recognizing patterns, thinking about consumer psychology, looking at data, anticipating buying behavior, and asking, “What’s coming next?”
And I kept thinking: How do I put that brain into something Creators can have in their pocket?
That’s what led me to build Creator HQ—technology that brings together everything I’ve spent years studying and teaching into one place. One of the pieces I’m most passionate about is Creator Forecast, because I believe great affiliate marketers need to understand more than why people buy. They need to understand when consumer behavior is shifting and what people care about next.
At the same time, I’m continuing to grow The Collective and our agency, so everything I’ve spent the last few years building is starting to connect. I’m figuring out how to put everything I’ve learned into Creators’ hands at scale.
And the crazy part is, I genuinely feel like I’m just getting started.
Any advice for aspiring Creators?
The biggest thing I’ve learned through all of this is to stop putting a timeline on what you’re capable of becoming.
None of this started with a perfectly mapped-out business plan. I followed what fascinated me. I stayed curious. I studied. I failed. I tried again. I paid attention to the patterns. And when I learned something valuable, I shared it.
I never could have mapped any of this out when I started—and I think that’s the point.
So if there’s anything I want you to take away from my story, it’s this: stay curious, keep learning, and give yourself permission to become bigger than what you originally planned.
