DOAC CIRCLE TERMS OF USE

FLIGHT STUDIO GROUP LTD ("we", "us", "our") owns and operates the DOAC Circle platform at https://doaccircle.com/ and the content hosted therein ("DOAC Circle"). These terms and conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy ("Terms"), apply to all use of DOAC Circle (including subscriptions). Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which can be found at https://www.flightstory.com/privacy-policy, explain how we manage and protect your personal information.
Please read the Terms carefully before accessing, using or subscribing to DOAC Circle. By accessing, using or subscribing to DOAC Circle, you accept these Terms.
We may need to change these Terms to reflect changes in law or best practice, or to accommodate new features. Unless otherwise stated, changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of DOAC Circle constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
WHO MAY USE DOAC CIRCLE
1.1. You must be at least 18 years old to use DOAC Circle and to purchase a subscription.
CREATING AN ACCOUNT
2.1. To subscribe to DOAC Circle, you must register and provide certain information, including a password.
2.2. You warrant that the information provided during registration is accurate and up to date.
2.3. Your password is personal and must not be disclosed to others. You must notify us immediately of any suspected breach of security.
2.4. You are responsible for any activity carried out through your account.
2.5. We may refuse account creation or impose conditions at our sole discretion.
DOAC CIRCLE SUBSCRIPTIONS
3.1. Full access to DOAC Circle requires a paid subscription. Subscription features and prices are published at https://stan.store/doaccircle/p/doac-exclusive and are subject to change.
3.2. Subscription types include:
3.2.1. Monthly subscription: Renews automatically each month; payment is charged on or around the same day each month.
3.2.2. Annual subscription: Renews automatically each year; payment is charged on or around the same day each year.
PAYMENT METHODS
4.1. You must provide a valid, accepted method of payment ("Payment Method") as listed on the DOAC Circle payment page.
4.2. Failure to process payment may result in suspension or termination of access.
CANCELLATION
5.1. You may cancel your subscription at any time before renewal by updating your account settings.
5.2. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current prepaid period.
5.3. Refunds are not guaranteed if you have begun using the service.
5.4. A statutory 14-day cooling-off period applies unless digital content has already been accessed.
USING DOAC CIRCLE
6.1. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access DOAC Circle for personal, non-commercial use.
6.2. You must not:
6.2.1. Copy, distribute, or modify DOAC Circle content;
6.2.2. Circumvent security measures or access restrictions;
6.2.3. Use DOAC Circle for unlawful purposes.
6.3. We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from DOAC Circle.
USER CONDUCT
7.1. You must behave respectfully in all community areas.
7.2. We may remove content or suspend accounts for violations, including offensive language, harassment, or misinformation.
CONTENT USAGE
8.1. All content available through DOAC Circle, including but not limited to videos, audio, text, graphics, and community contributions ("Content"), is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8.2. You may access and view Content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not download, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, or display the Content unless explicitly authorised.
8.3. Any user-generated content uploaded or submitted by you remains your property, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such content for the purposes of operating and promoting DOAC Circle.
8.4. You must not upload or share any content for which you do not hold the necessary rights, or which infringes the rights of any third party.
PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
9.1. We collect and use personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
10.1. We exclude all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10.2. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
10.3. Our liability is limited to the greater of (i) £10, or (ii) the amount you have paid in the last six months. 10.4. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under UK consumer law.
TERMINATION
11.1. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms or behaviour that may harm our reputation.
INDEMNITY
12.1. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of DOAC Circle.
SEVERABILITY
13.1. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
ASSIGNMENT
14.1. We may assign our rights and obligations to another organisation; you may not.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
15.1. These Terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
