TL;DR
Mehr Rajput is living proof that a niche, engaged audience can out-earn larger, less-invested ones. She’s a UGC creator and creative strategist who made over $500K with a few thousand followers. Rather than chasing viral posts, she grew a small, hyper-aligned community, then used Stanley to sharpen her content and Stan Store to sell high-ticket mentorship programs, coaching, and more. Along the way, she’s mentored 100+ Creators, built a community of 200+, and placed 6th in a GaryVee challenge against accounts 10x her size. Here’s how.
What if building a successful business has less to do with chasing the biggest audience and more to do with building the right one?
Mehr Rajput is convinced it does—and she’s lived it firsthand. As a sales expert-turned UGC Creator and creative strategist, Mehr helps Creators turn their content into income by building magnetic personal brands.
In three years, she built a multi-six-figure Creator business with a relatively small audience, mentored over 100 students, and hit bigger financial milestones than Creators 10x her size.
Now, Mehr is sharing how she uses personal branding to create inbound demand (and a $500K+ business), Stanley to dial in messaging that attracts potential customers, and her Stan Store to sell.
From Corporate Sales to Content Creation
Before content, Mehr spent 6.5 grueling years in supply chain logistics sales, pitching DTC brands and moving shipments across borders. She always felt a pull toward entrepreneurship, so when she discovered UGC, she saw it as a business opportunity.
With limited time to put toward cold-pitching for UGC work around her full-time job, she put her energy into building a personal brand—creating content that naturally attracts opportunities instead of chasing them.
She had years of sales experience and a marketing MBA, so she started posting about what she knew: pitching, negotiation, consumer psychology.
Her strategy worked. Within 6 months of posting on TikTok, she was getting steady inbound UGC opportunities and hitting five-figure months.
“I hit my first 10K months with UGC six months in just by building my personal brand.”
Before long, she was able to pivot from sales into a full-time creative strategy role thanks to her UGC experience.
The Challenge: Doing It All Without Burning Out
Mehr was running her Creator business alongside a demanding full-time role—filming nights and weekends, managing brand work, and figuring out how to turn her expertise into something bigger than one-off brand deals.
In early 2025, she launched a 1:1 mentorship program on Stan Store, The After Hours Accelerator (AHA), to help people with full-time responsibilities build meaningful Creator income after hours. She had the passion and lived experience, but quickly realized the program’s model left her feeling depleted and strapped for time.
“I was like, I’m doing this 1:1 right now. I’m exhausted. I’m burning the candle at both ends. What can I do?”
At the same time, she was stuck in “overthinking purgatory” when it came to her content, spending way too much time creating posts that were so value-dense they were hindering her follower growth.
To keep her business growing, she needed a way to scale her income and impact without burning out.
The Solution: A Small Audience and Offers That Scale
Instead of hustling to build a bigger audience, Mehr got more intentional about who she attracted, how she reaches them, and how to structure her offers without running herself into the ground.
She decided she’d rather have a few thousand people who trust her than tens of thousands who found her from one viral video and will never buy a thing.
“I don’t need more followers. I need the right followers. If I fill up my following with a bunch of random people that followed me from a viral video, what are they going to learn from me? If I’m selling a high-ticket mentorship program, I need people that trust me to invest that income with me.”
Stan played a big role in her making that shift: Stanley helped sharpen her content, the Stan community reshaped her thinking, and Stan Store made it easy to serve more people at scale.
Reaching The Right People With Stanley
As a content strategist, Mehr kept overthinking every post, sharing a wealth of expertise but never her own story. Stanley pushed her to get out of her own head and make a habit of sharing more of herself.
“All those ideas, they would be my highest performing posts, because people actually got to see inside the business. They got to see inside me. They got to see my thinking.”
Those were also the posts that brought in the right people. And by working with Stanley to split her content strategy, she reached more of her ideal followers without filling her audience with people who’d never invest.
Learning From The Stan Community
One of Mehr’s biggest challenges was figuring out how to keep serving students without burning out. So when she got more involved in Stan’s community and the GaryVee challenge, she turned to them for advice.
GaryVee encouraged her to figure out a way to deliver her mentorship program to a lot more people at once—but she was terrified people wouldn’t pay high-ticket prices for a group format regardless of the value she was offering.
Then fellow Stan Creator, Jenna Peterson, told her something that completely changed her perspective and gave her the confidence to restructure her offers: “You can’t decide what people are willing to pay you to learn.”
Scaling Her Offer With Stan Store

Mehr was already hosting everything on Stan Store, so when it was time to act on that advice, pivoting was quick and easy. She split her AHA program into tiers, raising the investment for 1:1 mentorship and adding a lower-priced group option. Then, she segmented students by skill level and brought on former students as head coaches for deeper accountability.
When she pushed the group format live, she was sure it wouldn’t sell. But within days of launching, it sold out. And even as she moved fully into group coaching, the cohorts kept filling up—without a single sales call.
“Stan has made it so much easier to sell my products. I don’t have to go through all these hoops. It’s so user-friendly and creates a seamless customer experience.”
The Result: $500K+ and 100 Students Served
Since launching her Stan Store two years ago, Mehr has earned over $500K in revenue from her mentorship programs, coaching, and online course alone. She’s done it all without ads or sales calls—just pure organic growth from her content, student success stories, and referrals.
She’s also hit major milestones like:
- Crossing the $500K+ mark on Stan Store, with hopes to hit the $1M Stan millionaire mark within the next year
- Selling out 9 cohorts of her mentorship program
- Mentoring 100+ Creators through AHA, with 200+ people in her broader community
- Placing 6th in the GaryVee challenge by earning $80K during the competition, ranking ahead of accounts 10x her size
And by shifting from 1:1 work to a scalable group coaching model, she gained the financial and time freedom to finally leave her 9-5 and go all-in on her business.
Mehr’s “why” isn’t just about her own results though—it’s about her students. She’s driven by stories like Malaika, who was able to ditch low-paying one-off deals on Creator platforms and attract higher-paying inbound collabs with brands like Snapchat. Zack, who hit his first $10K month within months of working together. Or Dion, who was able to leave his 9-5 and go all-in on his UGC business. Those are her proudest achievements.

What’s Next For Mehr
Mehr’s still doing UGC part-time, mentoring UGC Creators, and supporting brands as a fractional creative strategist. Unlike most Creator educators, she’s not teaching based on theory or past experiences.
She keeps a pulse on what’s working by staying in the work herself, then brings those lessons back to her students. It’s how she knows what brings in brand deals today, and why she’s so sure anyone can find success with it.
“I believe that anybody can build a six-figure income alongside their 9-5. I did it—whether you’re a parent, student, whatever—anybody can do it.”
Looking ahead, her main focus is scaling the After Hours Accelerator without losing what made it work in the first place: an irresistible student experience and supportive community.
She’s also got her sights on hitting new milestones, like the Stan millionaire mark, by continuing to build the right audience—not the biggest one.
Want to build a business and an audience that actually buys? Attract potential customers with Stanley and turn it into income with Stan Store, just like Mehr.
