TL;DR

Ellie Frazier made over $185,000 in two weeks by launching her first digital download on Stan Store. For years, she’d struggled to monetize her audience while paying off $25,000 in credit card debt. That all shifted when she stopped chasing virality and started sharing meaningful content about her own life. Here’s how Ellie turned everything she’s learned about social media into a revenue stream she owns and can earn from on repeat.

Lifestyle Creator and professional hypegirl Ellie Frazier has built an audience of 270,000+ followers across Instagram and TikTok around home tips, day-in-the-life vlogs, and how to successfully grow a brand online. But for the first two years, she struggled to monetize it.

She eventually figured out how to make money from brand deals and platform payouts, and started offering coaching calls and profile audits. But every income stream cost her time—so there was a limit to how much she could earn.

That is, until August 27, when she launched her first digital download on Stan Store and made over $185,000 in sales in just two weeks.

Now, Ellie’s sharing what led to her milestone launch and what’s next for her.

Meet Ellie Frazier

From $25K in Debt to $185K in Sales

At 23, Ellie had maxed out her credit cards. She owed over $25,000 and couldn’t picture a version of her life where grocery shopping didn’t come with a running tally in her head. Newly married and determined to get out of debt, she and her husband budgeted hard and ran multiple side hustles at a time. Ellie treated content like one of them, posting every day to build her audience.

It took two years of trial and error to figure out what worked, but the journey taught her a lot about growing and monetizing an audience. So for her first digital download, she packaged everything she’d learned into a workbook: Everything I Know About Social Media.

She chose to sell it on Stan Store, so she didn’t lose weeks to coding or piecing together tools. Stan gave her a sleek link in bio store and a simple way for people to buy it.

Within 24 hours of launching, the workbook brought in over $77,000. And in the two weeks since, she’s earned over $185,000.

It’s the first time Ellie’s earned money she doesn’t have to trade her time for.

“None of this was ever part of my plan. I had a job, a camera, and something to say. Stan just made it possible to sell what I already knew without needing a team or a developer or a huge budget.”

Q&A with Ellie Frazier

What inspired you to start posting content in the first place?

I started posting because I was in my first big girl job out of college and nobody online was talking about that part of life. Everyone online was either a full-time creator or building some huge business, and I was just a normal girl in Greenville with a 9-5, one vacation a year, and a lot of credit card debt.

So I started filming my day-to-day life. But to be honest, it took two whole years of sharing before I learned what worked. I spent way too much time in the trial-and-error phase before realizing that people resonated with people’s real stories—not just the highlight reel.

I started opening up about my credit card debt as a 23-year-old, and everything started changing after that.

The moment I decided to really go for it was when brands started reaching out before I ever pitched myself to anyone. Bona, Fairlife, Sézane, Simon Malls, and L’Oréal all reached out to me organically. I was sitting at around 22K on Instagram and 55K on TikTok.

I remember thinking, “Okay…this is really happening. I think I could make real income from this.”

I signed with management right after that. Now, I’m at 270,000+ across platforms and am learning more about how to show up authentically and purposefully every single day.

Once you were ready to start selling, what made you choose to run your business on Stan Store?

I kept seeing it in other Creators’ bios. Every time I clicked someone’s link and landed on a store that was aesthetically pleasing and easy to navigate, it was Stan.

What sold me was that when I was finally ready to build a digital product, I didn’t have to build anything. I had things I wanted to sell, and I did not want to spend three weeks figuring out a checkout page. I wanted a link, a price, and a way for people to buy. That was it.

What’s been your biggest win so far?

Launching Everything I Know About Social Media on August 27th was an insane win for me as a business owner and Creator.

I ran a waitlist for four or five days before the launch, closed it at midnight, and sent out the email at 6 am while I was on a plane to Dallas. I landed, turned my phone off airplane mode, and it had already gone better than I pictured in my head. I sat in the airport just watching the purchases come in.

Around 1,515 people own the workbook now, and it brought in $77,408 in revenue on launch day. I still can’t fully wrap my head around that one!!!

Which of your offers has been the most fulfilling?

Honestly, probably the workbook. It’s 10 modules, 39 exercises, 142 questions, and 5 interactive calculators. It’s not a course you watch—you sit down and work through it.

Someone at zero starts at the beginning, and someone at 10K can jump into the middle.

The reason it means so much is that it’s my whole story in one place. Every mistake, everything I wish someone had told me, every rate I got wrong before I figured it out. I’m in it, first person, the whole way through. People message me screenshots of their answers, and that gets me every time.

Coaching calls are a close second. Those are so personal. One call, and someone walks away knowing exactly what to fix (and we become internet friends).

Now that you’ve had such a successful first launch, what’s next for you?

I’m building a community and giving it to every single person who already bought the workbook—100% free. All 1,515 of them. I didn’t want to sell it as another monthly thing. I wanted it to be part of what they already paid for.

It’ll have a Q&A space and a live monthly session with me. Buying a workbook and then being on your own is the part I wanted to fix.

I’m also shifting what I post. I’m moving slightly away from income and earnings content because I think people are tired of it—and I don’t want to be that girl, honestly.

My new series will be 60-second videos on big life stuff I have opinions about and experience in: Adult friendship, saving for retirement, planning for a baby. The first one is on adult friendships. I want to be useful to people who have zero interest in ever being a Creator.

I’ll still intuitively share Creator-forward content, but I want to make sure I’m offering value to people who started the journey with me when it was just day-in-the-life content.

Any advice for other Creators who want to monetize?

If you’re sitting on something you know how to do, put a price on it and put it in your storefront. Your knowledge and life experience are valuable to someone a few steps behind you.
